تعلن شركة Honeywell Technologies عن توفر وظيفة Director Integrated Supply Chain Operations لمنطقة META في مجال أتمتة المباني، وذلك في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة وتنسيق الاتصالات والاستراتيجيات مع أقسام الأعمال والتجارة وخدمة العملاء والموارد البشرية وسلسلة التوريد المتكاملة.
  • الإشراف على عمليات اللوجستيات وتحسينها (مراكز التوزيع والشحن).
  • قيادة وإدارة عمليات سلسلة التوريد من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك تخطيط الطلب، المشتريات، تخطيط الإنتاج، إدارة المخزون، والخدمات اللوجستية.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتحسين كفاءة سلسلة التوريد، تقليل التكاليف، وزيادة رضا العملاء.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لدفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات.
  • مراقبة وتحليل مقاييس أداء سلسلة التوريد لتحديد مجالات التحسين وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية وسياسات الشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة سلسلة التوريد مع التركيز على التكامل والتحسين.
  • خبرة في تقديم التوجيه والتدريب للمرؤوسين والمنظمات.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد، إدارة الأعمال، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة).
  • سجل مثبت في تحقيق التميز التشغيلي وتحقيق النتائج.
  • القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية بفعالية.
  • عقلية التحسين المستمر والشغف بقيادة التغيير.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة ERP (تخطيط موارد المؤسسات) والبرامج ذات الصلة.
  • معرفة أفضل الممارسات الصناعية والاتجاهات الناشئة والتقنيات في إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
  • مهارات قيادية قوية والقدرة على إلهام وتحفيز الفريق.
  • مهارات قوية في اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات.

Job Description

As a Director Integrated Supply Chain Operations here at Honeywell, you will strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our designated site. You will oversee, guide, and track procurement, production, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional leadership, implement strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the communications and strategies with Business, commercial, CX , HR and ISC functions.
  • Oversee and improve logistics process (DC and freight).
  • Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Qualifications

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on integration and optimization.
  • Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct reports and organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.
