تعلن شركة Jadeer Logistics عن توفر وظيفة مراسل (Dispatcher) في منطقتي مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • بصفته مراسلاً في Jadeer Logistics، سيتولى المسؤول عن توجيه وتنسيق أنشطة السائقين وموفري خدمات النقل الخارجيين لجميع الشحنات الصادرة والواردة. سيقوم بتوجيه جميع أوامر السلع الصادرة/الواردة وفقاً لإرشادات المسار المحددة مسبقاً (الوجهات المحلية والخارجية) بالإضافة إلى تحديد الأولويات وجدولة عمليات التسليم بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العمل/العملاء المحددة مسبقاً.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المساعدة في تحديد أنماط وترددات التوجيه لأغراض تصميم التكاليف (محلياً وخارجياً).
  • اقتراح التطويرات والتحسينات على منهجية التوجيه وتطبيقات الكمبيوتر/ERP المستخدمة والمعدات (خرائط الطرق، GPS، التتبع الفوري، وإعادة التوجيه).
  • مراجعة أوامر التسليم لاختيار المسار/الأسطول الصحيح بناءً على الوجهة وحجم الشحنة ومتطلبات وقت العميل بالإضافة إلى الاحتياجات الفنية الأخرى لكل عنوان تسليم.
  • التحكم في إنتاجية السائق والشاحنة والمسار من خلال ضمان تحميل كل شاحنة بحمولة كاملة؛ وجدولة الأحمال لتقليل استخدام السائقين الخارجيين.
  • اختيار شاحنات محددة لكل مسار بناءً على حجم الحمولة وتوفر المعدات.
  • تطوير عدد كافٍ من مسارات الانتقاء لموظفي المستودع/الساحة/المحطة.
  • الحفاظ على سجل يومي للمراسلة يحتوي على أوقات البدء والسائق ورقم المسار ومعدات مناولة المواد المطلوبة لكل شاحنة توصيل.
  • الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات شبكة الطرق، مواقع العملاء، الفترات الزمنية، وغيرها من المعلومات حسب التوجيهات.
  • التحقيق في شكاوى العملاء بخصوص البضائع المفقودة أو التالفة أو النقص في الشحنات لتحديد المسؤولية في تقرير التسليم اليومي (DDR).
  • جدولة الشحنات لضمان الامتثال للوائح التسليم في الوقت المحدد (OTD) وسياسة الشركة، وضمان إنفاذ جميع لوائح OTD.
  • جدولة وقت للركوب مع السائقين لتقييم منطقة التسليم، والتحقق من الدقة، وضمان استيفاء معايير خدمة العملاء العالية.
  • القيام بأعمال الحفظ الروتيني للوثائق وحفظ السجلات.
  • تقديم تقرير التسليم اليومي (DDR) مع الانحرافات المتعلقة بالتسليمات الفائتة والتالفة والفاسدة وأداء الأسطول.
  • حضور اجتماعات الإدارة حسب الحاجة.
  • الخضوع لمراجعة أداء شهرية من قبل المدير المباشر.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة تُكلف بها الإدارة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحد الأدنى من شهادة الثانوية العامة.
  • رخصة قيادة محلية سارية المفعول.
  • خبرة مهنية من 2-3 سنوات في مجال التوزيع والنقل.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في الخدمات اللوجستية والتوزيع والنقل.
  • القدرة على استخدام خرائط الطرق على أنظمة الكمبيوتر ERP.
  • القدرة على تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة.
  • مهارات في تحديد الأولويات والتواصل شفوياً وكتابياً.
  • معرفة جيدة بمفاهيم النقل وتحسين العمليات.

Basic Function

As Dispatcher in Jadeer logistics you will be responsible for the directing and coordination activities of driving staff and third-party driver service providers for all outbound/inbound shipments. He will route all outgoing/incoming good orders according to pre-existing route guidelines (local and offshore destinations) as well as establishing priorities and schedule deliveries in a manner consistent with the set forth business/client demands.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support in identifying routing trends and frequency for cost design purposes (Local and Offshore)
  • Suggest developments and enhancements to the routing methodology and used computer applications/ERP and gear (Road maps, GPS, Real-time tracking, and re-routing)
  • Review delivery orders to select the correct route/fleet based on the destination, shipment size and customer time requirements as well as other particular technical needs for each delivery address.
  • Control driver, truck, and route productivity by ensuring that each truck carries a full load; Schedule loads to minimize the use of third-party drivers.
  • Select specific trucks for each route based on volume and equipment availability.
  • Develop a sufficient number of picking routes for warehouse/yard/terminal staff.
  • Maintain daily dispatch log containing start times, driver, route number, and material handling equipment required for each delivery truck.
  • Maintain road net data base customer locations, time windows and other information as directed.
  • Investigate business/Client complaints regarding lost or damaged goods or shortages in shipment to determine responsibility in the DDR - Daily Delivery Report.
  • Schedule shipments to ensure compliance with OTD (On-Time Delivery) regulations and company policy. Ensure that all OTD regulations are enforced.
  • Schedule time to ride with drivers to evaluate delivery area, verify accuracy, and ensure high customer service standards are being met.
  • Perform routine filing and maintenance of records.
  • Provide DDR - Daily delivery Report with deviations on missed, damaged, corrupted deliveries, and the fleet performance.

Others

  • Attends Management meetings as required.
  • Undergoes monthly performance review by the line manager.

Fulfills any other related duties, assigned by the management.

Education And Qualification

  • Minimum of High School Certificate.
  • Local Driving License.

Professional Experience

  • 2 -3 Year Filed experience in the distribution and transportation industry.

Skills And Attributes

  • Logistics, Distribution and Transportation Experience.
  • Ability to use road maps on computerized systems ERP.
  • Ability to provide superior Customer Service.
  • Prioritizing and communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Good knowledge of transportation concepts and process optimization.
