تعلن شركة جيدر للخدمات اللوجستية (Jadeer Logistics) عن توفر وظيفة مشرف عمليات نقل (Transportation Supervisor) في منطقتي مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يشرف هذا الدور على الأنشطة اليومية للنقل لضمان حركة البضائع بأمان وكفاءة وفي الوقت المحدد، ويدعم أهداف الشركة في التميز التشغيلي ورضا العملاء من خلال الاستخدام الأمثل لأسطول المركبات وتقليل التأخير والامتثال للوائح النقل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على عمليات النقل اليومية، بما في ذلك توزيع المهام على السائقين، تخطيط المسارات، التحقق من الحمولات، وجدولة انطلاق المركبات.
  • مراقبة أداء السائقين وأنظمة تتبع المركبات (telematics)، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والسرعة والتوصيل.
  • العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين فرق التشغيل والصيانة ودعم العملاء والتخطيط لضمان تسليم سلس لطلبات النقل.
  • ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة النقل للإجراءات التشغيلية الداخلية واللوائح القانونية (المرور، الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني، وزارة النقل، إلخ) ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • تتبع توفر الأسطول والتنسيق مع فرق الصيانة للخدمات الوقائية لتقليل فترة تعطل المركبات.
  • مراقبة جداول التوصيل والاستجابة لأي انحرافات في المسار أو حالات طارئة، وتوفير تحديثات في الوقت المناسب للعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
  • المساعدة في الإبلاغ عن الحوادث وحلها، وضمان التوثيق المناسب والتواصل مع الإدارات المعنية.
  • دعم مدير الأسطول في جمع بيانات مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (التوصيل في الوقت المحدد، كفاءة استهلاك الوقود، مخالفات السائقين، إلخ).
  • إجراء اجتماعات توعوية وجلسات توجيهية للسائقين، وضمان إلمامهم بالمسارات المحددة ومتطلبات مناولة الحمولات.
  • التحقق من سجلات الرحلات وإيصالات الوقود ومستندات التوصيل لضمان إعداد الفواتير وجاهزيتها للتدقيق.
  • الحفاظ على تواصل واضح وفي الوقت المناسب مع السائقين وحل المشكلات التشغيلية عند ظهورها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، سلسلة التوريد، النقل، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادات في عمليات النقل، الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، أو إدارة الأسطول تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في عمليات النقل أو اللوجستيات، مع سنتين على الأقل في دور إشرافي.
  • سجل حافل في إدارة السائقين وعمليات الإرسال وجدولة الأسطول في بيئة لوجستية عالية الحجم.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات في بيئات ديناميكية وسريعة الخطى.
  • إتقان أنظمة إدارة النقل (TMS)، أدوات تتبع GPS، ووحدات ERP.
  • فهم قوي للمتطلبات التنظيمية المتعلقة بالنقل والسلامة ووثائق المركبات.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
  • مهارات حل المشكلات والقدرة على التعامل مع الأزمات أو حالات التأخير بهدوء وكفاءة.

  • JOB SUMMARY:

The Transportation Operations Supervisor at Jadeer Logistics Services Company plays a pivotal role in supervising daily transportation activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely movement of goods across regions. This role directly supports the company’s goal of operational excellence and customer satisfaction by ensuring the optimal utilization of fleet assets, reducing delays, and maintaining compliance with all transport regulations. This position is closely aligned with the department’s objectives of asset optimization, downtime reduction, driver performance management, and delivery efficiency, in addition to contributing to cost control, regulatory compliance, and service reliability, all core to Jadeer's mission in the logistics sector.

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS:

2.1Required Educational Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Transport Operations, HSE, or Fleet Management are a plus.

2.2 Required Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in managing drivers, dispatch operations, and fleet scheduling in a high-volume logistics environment.

2.3 Required Competencies & Skills

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in transport management systems (TMS), GPS tracking tools, and ERP modules.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to transportation, safety, and vehicle documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle crisis or delay situations calmly and efficiently.
  • PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise daily transportation operations, including driver assignments, route planning, load verification, and vehicle dispatch.
  • Monitor driver performance, vehicle tracking systems (telematics), and ensure adherence to safety, speed, and delivery standards.
  • Act as the primary contact between operations, maintenance, customer support, and planning teams to ensure smooth handover of transport orders.
  • Ensure all transportation activities comply with internal SOPs, legal regulations (traffic, GACA, MOT, etc.), and HSE standards.
  • Track fleet availability and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive servicing, minimizing vehicle downtime.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, respond to route deviations or emergencies, and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in incident/accident reporting and resolution, ensuring proper documentation and communication with concerned departments.
  • Support the Fleet Manager in data collection for KPI tracking (on-time delivery, fuel efficiency, driver violations, etc.).
  • Conduct toolbox talks, driver briefings, and ensure drivers are well-versed in assigned routes and cargo handling requirements.
  • Verify trip records, fuel receipts, and delivery documentation for billing and audit readiness.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with drivers and resolve operational issues as they arise.
