Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting Karaz Platform’s health and wellness solutions, and guiding them through the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The Sales Consultant will conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs. Daily activities include following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication. The role also involves gathering client feedback and market insights to help refine the platform’s offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting skills, including lead qualification, solution presentation, and deal negotiation.
• Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, focusing on relationship building, issue resolution, and ongoing client support.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Consulting skills to understand client needs, explain technical concepts clearly, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Experience in health tech, wellness, or SaaS solutions is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic sales analytics is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
