تعلن شركة إيرباص هليكوبتر العربية لصيانة الطائرات عن توفر وظيفة مدرب ب1 (B1 Instructor) في المنطقة الشرقية، الجبيل، السعودية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحد الأدنى من التعليم: دبلوم في تخصص صيانة الطائرات أو برنامج تدريب طيران معتمد (سنتان على الأقل).
  • الرخصة: يفضل الحصول على رخصة EASA Part 66 أو FAA.
  • الخبرة الفنية: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات (عسكرية أو مدنية) في صيانة طائرات H145.
  • الخبرة التدريبية: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدرب تقني.
  • تصنيف النوع: تصنيف نوع على طائرة H145 من منظمة معتمدة من الشركة المصنعة (OEM).
  • تطوير المناهج: خبرة في تطوير وتدريب منهج التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) في المجال ذاته للفنيين المبتدئين والمتقدمين.
  • الوسائل التعليمية: خبرة في تطوير وسائل تعليمية مثل المخططات والرسوم البيانية والنشرات والشرائح لتسهيل الدورات التدريبية الفنية.
  • الإشراف والإدارة: خبرة في الإشراف المباشر على فنيي الصيانة الجدد أثناء التقييمات التدريبية.
  • التوثيق والإلمام ببرامج Microsoft Office Suite للحفاظ على سجلات التدريب وفق سياسات PSS/GSAC.
  • الكتابة الفنية: خبرة 3 سنوات في منصب كتابة فنية (مفضل).
  • المؤهل التخصصي: يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على مستوى 7 في التخصصات ذات الصلة مثل الخدمات اللوجستية والصيانة والتدريب.
  • الشهادة: يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة مؤهل مدرب أو دورة تدريبية من منظمة معترف بها.
  • إجادة اللغة: للمتحدثين غير الناطقين باللغة الإنجليزية، مطلوب الحد الأدنى من IELTS 6.0 أو ما يعادله، أو سيتم تقييم المهارات اللغوية أثناء مقابلة PSS/GSAC.
  • مهارات البرمجيات: معرفة عملية بأدوات الأتمتة المكتبية مثل MS Office.
  • متطلبات إلزامية: جميع المتطلبات والمعلومات في السيرة الذاتية يجب أن تثبت بنسخة من وثيقة رسمية.
  • اجتياز مقابلة PSS/GSAC (حضورياً أو عبر الإنترنت).
  • اجتياز التحقق الأمني من حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • الوعي بمخاطر الامتثال المحتملة والالتزام بالنزاهة كأساس لنجاح الشركة وسمعتها ونموها المستدام.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في تطوير تدريب OJT للفنيين المبتدئين والمتقدمين.
  • إعداد وسائل تعليمية مبتكرة (رسوم بيانية، شرائح، إلخ).
  • الإشراف المباشر على المتدربين أثناء التقييمات.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office Suite لإدارة السجلات.
  • خبرة في الكتابة الفنية (3 سنوات مفضلة).
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى IELTS 6.0 أو معادل (لغير الناطقين بها).
  • معرفة بأدوات الأتمتة المكتبية.

Job Description:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Aircraft maintenance specialty or recognized aviation training program in respective field/specialty (Minimum 2 years).
  • Licensing: EASA Part 66/ FAA License is preferred.
  • Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years proven experience (Military or Civilian) in H145 Maintenance.
  • Instructional Experience: Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Technical Instructor.
  • Type Rating: Type rating in H145 by an approved organization from the OEM.
  • Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and instructing OJT (On-the-Job Training) curriculum in the respective field for both fresh and advanced maintenance technicians.
  • Training Aids: Experience in developing teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides to facilitate technical training courses.
  • Supervision & Administration: * Experience in directly supervising new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.
    • Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite to maintain training records in adherence to PSS/GSAC policies and procedures.
  • Technical Writing: 3 years in a technical writing position is preferred.
  • Specialty Qualification: Preferred to be qualified as a Level-7 in related specialties of logistics, maintenance, and training.
  • Certification: Must have an instructor qualification/course certificate from a recognized organization.
  • Language Proficiency: * For non-native speakers, a minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is required.
    • Alternatively, English language skills will be evaluated during the PSS/GSAC interview.
  • Software Skills: Have working knowledge of office automation tools such as MS Office.
Mandatory Requirements:

  • All requirements and information in the CV must be proven by a copy of an official document.
  • Pass the PSS/GSAC interview (attended physically or online).
  • Pass the security clearance from the KSA government.
