تعلن شركة Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance عن توفر وظيفة مدرب طائرات هليكوبتر (B1 Instructor) في مدينة خميس مشيط، عسير، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتدريس مناهج التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) في مجال الصيانة للفنيين المبتدئين والمتقدمين.
  • تطوير وسائل تعليمية (رسوم بيانية، مخططات، نشرات، شرائح) لتسهيل الدورات التدريبية الفنية.
  • الإشراف المباشر على فنيي الصيانة الجدد أثناء التقييمات التدريبية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحصول على دبلوم في تخصص صيانة الطائرات أو برنامج تدريبي معتمد في المجال ذي الصلة (مدة لا تقل عن سنتين).
  • يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على رخصة EASA Part 66 أو FAA.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات (عسكرية أو مدنية) في صيانة طائرات H145.
  • خبرة تدريسية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدرب فني.
  • حاصل على Type Rating في طائرات H145 من منظمة معتمدة من الشركة المصنعة (OEM).
  • خبرة في تطوير وتدريس مناهج التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT).
  • خبرة في تطوير وسائل تعليمية تدعم الدورات التدريبية الفنية.
  • خبرة في الإشراف المباشر على فنيي الصيانة الجدد أثناء التقييمات.
  • إلمام جيد بمجموعة Microsoft Office لحفظ سجلات التدريب وفق سياسات PSS/GSAC.
  • خبرة في الكتابة الفنية لمدة 3 سنوات (يفضل).
  • يفضل أن يكون مؤهلاً كمستوى Level-7 في تخصصات الخدمات اللوجستية والصيانة والتدريب.
  • الحصول على شهادة مؤهل/دورة مدرب من منظمة معترف بها.
  • اجتياز المقابلة الشخصية (حضورياً أو عن بُعد) وفق نظام PSS/GSAC.
  • اجتياز التحقق الأمني من حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • إرفاق نسخ رسمية لجميع الوثائق المذكورة في السيرة الذاتية لإثبات المؤهلات.
  • الوعي بمخاطر الامتثال والالتزام بالنزاهة كأساس لنجاح الشركة وسمعتها.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية: للمتحدثين غير الناطقين بها، يجب الحصول على IELTS 6.0 أو ما يعادله كحد أدنى، أو يتم تقييم المهارات اللغوية أثناء المقابلة.
  • معرفة عملية بأدوات الأتمتة المكتبية مثل MS Office.
  • مهارات في الكتابة الفنية (يفضل).
  • مهارات في تطوير المناهج والوسائل التعليمية.
  • مهارات إشرافية وتقييمية للفنيين.

Job Description:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Aircraft maintenance specialty or recognized aviation training program in respective field/specialty (Minimum 2 years).
  • Licensing: EASA Part 66/ FAA License is preferred.
  • Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years proven experience (Military or Civilian) in H145 Maintenance.
  • Instructional Experience: Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Technical Instructor.
  • Type Rating: Type rating in H145 by an approved organization from the OEM.
  • Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and instructing OJT (On-the-Job Training) curriculum in the respective field for both fresh and advanced maintenance technicians.
  • Training Aids: Experience in developing teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides to facilitate technical training courses.
  • Supervision & Administration: * Experience in directly supervising new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.
    • Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite to maintain training records in adherence to PSS/GSAC policies and procedures.
  • Technical Writing: 3 years in a technical writing position is preferred.
  • Specialty Qualification: Preferred to be qualified as a Level-7 in related specialties of logistics, maintenance, and training.
  • Certification: Must have an instructor qualification/course certificate from a recognized organization.
  • Language Proficiency: * For non-native speakers, a minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is required.
    • Alternatively, English language skills will be evaluated during the PSS/GSAC interview.
  • Software Skills: Have working knowledge of office automation tools such as MS Office.
Mandatory Requirements:

  • All requirements and information in the CV must be proven by a copy of an official document.
  • Pass the PSS/GSAC interview (attended physically or online).
  • Pass the security clearance from the KSA government.
