تعلن شركة إيرباص هليكوبترز العربية لصيانة الطائرات (Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance) بالرياض عن توفر وظيفة مدرب فئة B2 (B2 Instructor)، ضمن فريق الصيانة والتدريب، بعقد محدد المدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحصول على دبلوم على الأقل في تخصص إلكترونيات الطيران أو برنامج تدريب طيران معترف به في المجال/التخصص المطلوب (مدة البرنامج سنتان على الأقل).
  • يفضل الحصول على رخصة EASA Part 66 أو رخصة FAA.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات (عسكرية أو مدنية) في صيانة طائرات H145.
  • خبرة تدريبية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات مثبتة كمدرب تقني.
  • الحصول على تصنيف نوعي (Type Rating) على طائرة H145 من جهة معتمدة من الشركة المصنعة (OEM).
  • خبرة في تطوير المناهج التدريبية أثناء العمل (OJT) في المجال المطلوب لكل من الفنيين المبتدئين وذوي الخبرة.
  • خبرة في تطوير الوسائل التعليمية مثل المخططات والرسوم البيانية والنشرات والشرائح لتسهيل الدورات التدريبية الفنية.
  • خبرة في الإشراف المباشر على فنيي الصيانة الجدد أثناء التقييمات التدريبية.
  • إجادة استخدام مجموعة Microsoft Office للحفاظ على سجلات التدريب وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات PSS/GSAC.
  • خبرة في الكتابة الفنية (Technical Writing) لمدة 3 سنوات (يفضل).
  • يفضل أن يكون المتقدم مؤهلاً بالمستوى 7 (Level-7) في التخصصات ذات الصلة مثل الخدمات اللوجستية والصيانة والتدريب.
  • الحصول على شهادة تأهيل مدرب أو شهادة دورة تدريبية معتمدة من جهة معترف بها.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (استماع، تحدث، قراءة، كتابة) بمستوى لا يقل عن IELTS 6.0 أو ما يعادله للناطقين بغيرها، وإلا سيتم تقييم الكفاءة أثناء مقابلة PSS/GSAC.
  • إجادة استخدام أدوات الأتمتة المكتبية مثل MS Office.
  • يجب إثبات جميع المتطلبات والمعلومات المذكورة في السيرة الذاتية بنسخة من وثيقة رسمية.
  • اجتياز مقابلة PSS/GSAC بنجاح (حضورياً أو عبر الإنترنت).
  • اجتياز الفحص الأمني من حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • الوعي بالمخاطر المحتملة المتعلقة بالامتثال والالتزام بالنزاهة كأساس لنجاح الشركة وسمعتها ونموها المستدام.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تطوير المناهج التدريبية (OJT) وتصميمها للفنيين بمستويات مختلفة.
  • مهارات إعداد وسائل تعليمية متنوعة (رسوم بيانية، نشرات، شرائح).
  • مهارات الإشراف المباشر على المتدربين وتقييم أدائهم.
  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office لإدارة السجلات.
  • خبرة في الكتابة الفنية (يفضل 3 سنوات).
  • مهارات استخدام أدوات الأتمتة المكتبية.

Job Description:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in avionics specialty or recognized aviation training program in respective field/specialty (Minimum 2 years).
  • Licensing: EASA Part 66/ FAA License is preferred.
  • Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years proven experience (Military or Civilian) in H145 Maintenance.
  • Instructional Experience: Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Technical Instructor.
  • Type Rating: Type rating in H145 by an approved organization from the OEM.
  • Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and instructing OJT (On-the-Job Training) curriculum in the respective field for both fresh maintenance technicians and advanced maintenance technicians with experience.
  • Training Aids: Experience in developing teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides to facilitate technical training courses.
  • Supervision & Records: * Experience in directly supervising new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.
    • Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite to maintain training records with adherence to PSS/GSAC policies and procedures.
  • Technical Writing: 3 years in a technical writing position is preferred.
  • Specialty Qualification: Preferred to be qualified as a Level-7 in related specialties of logistics, maintenance, and training.
  • Certification: Must have an instructor qualification/course certificate from a recognized organization.
  • Language Proficiency: * English language level (listening, speaking, reading & writing) at a minimum of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent for non-native speakers.
    • Otherwise, English proficiency will be evaluated during the PSS/GSAC interview.
  • Software Skills: Working knowledge of office automation tools such as MS Office.
Mandatory Requirements:

  • All requirements and information in the CV must be proven by a copy of an official document.
  • Successful completion of the PSS/GSAC interview (attended physically or online).
  • Passing security clearance from the KSA government.
