تعلن شركة إيرباص هليكوبترز (Airbus Helicopters Arabia) عن توفر وظيفة فني إلكترونيات الطائرات B2 (B2 Avionics Technician) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. نبحث عن مهندسين مرخصين ذوي مهارات عالية للانضمام إلى فريق الدعم المتنقل، حيث ستكونون الخبراء الفنيين في الخطوط الأمامية لدعم عمليات العملاء في منطقة أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط (AME). ليس هذا دورًا قاصرًا على الحظائر، بل يتطلب العمل في مواقع ميدانية لضمان أعلى معايير السلامة والجاهزية لطائرات الهليكوبتر الثقيلة ثنائية المحرك في بيئات متنوعة وصعبة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة المجدولة (القاعدية / الخطية) وغير المجدولة، واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح العيوب على طائرات عائلات H225 وCaracal وSuper Puma.
- النشر في مهام قصيرة المدة بموجب إشعار مسبق لمواقع العملاء لتقديم الدعم الفني ودعم الطائرات المتوقفة (AOG) والإصلاحات المتخصصة.
- الامتثال لمعايير EASA Part 145 (أو ما يعادلها من أنظمة الطيران المدني المحلية) وأنظمة إدارة الجودة في الشركة، والتصديق على جميع الأعمال المنفذة.
- التواصل مع العملاء بصفة سفير فني، وتقديم الإرشاد لفرق الصيانة لديهم وضمان استمرارية العمليات.
- الحفاظ على ثقافة "السلامة أولاً"، وضمان أن جميع الأدوات وقطع الغيار والإجراءات تلتزم بالمعايير الصارمة في مجال الطيران.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- رخصة سارية المفعول من EASA B2 (أو ما يعادلها).
- تصديقات نوعية سارية (Type Ratings) إلزامية على طائرات H225 (EC225LP) و/أو AS332 (L1, L2, C1).
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة الأنواع المحددة.
- مرونة عالية للسفر المتكرر والانتقال لمهام قصيرة عبر منطقة أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (تقنياً ومحادثة). تُعد اللغة الفرنسية ميزة كبيرة للعمليات في غرب أفريقيا.
- الاستعداد للانتشار والنزول إلى دول أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط لمهام قصيرة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- المرونة: القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئات الضغط العالي وحل المشكلات التقنية المعقدة مع بنية تحتية محلية محدودة.
- القدرة على التكيف: الحساسية الثقافية والراحة في التنقل بين البلدان وبيئات العملاء المختلفة.
- الاستقلالية: عقيدة "يمكنني فعلها" والقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات تقنية سليمة في الميدان.

We are seeking highly skilled and adaptable B2 (Avionics) Licensed Engineers to join our mobile support team. This is not a hangar-bound role; you will be the front-line technical expert supporting customer operations across the Africa and Middle East (AME) region.
You will ensure the highest standards of safety and availability for heavy twin-engine helicopters operating in diverse and often challenging environments.
Primary Responsibilities
Licensing: Valid EASA B2 License (or equivalent).
Type Ratings Mandatory: Current Type Ratings on H225 (EC225LP) and/or AS332 (L1, L2, C1).
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience on the specified types.
Mobility: High flexibility for frequent travel and short-term assignments across Africa & the Middle East.
Language: Proficiency in English (Technical and Spoken). French is a significant advantage for West African operations.
Open for mobilization and deployment to Africa & middle east countries for short missions.

- Compliance: Certify all work performed in accordance with EASA Part 145 standards (or equivalent local CAA regulations) and company Quality Management Systems.
- Customer Liaison: Act as a technical ambassador, providing guidance to customer maintenance teams and ensuring operational continuity.
- Safety & Quality: Maintain a "Safety First" culture, ensuring all tooling, parts, and procedures meet rigorous aviation standards.
