Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Chocolate Maker to join our production team at Factory Food Industries Factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and producing high-quality chocolate products while maintaining consistency, quality, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process chocolate according to production recipes and specifications.
• Perform chocolate melting, tempering, molding, filling, and decorating.
• Prepare chocolate fillings, ganache, and various chocolate-based products.
• Operate and maintain chocolate production equipment.
• Ensure product consistency, quality, and proper finishing.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Minimize product waste and ensure efficient use of raw materials.
