تعلن شركة Airbus Helicopters Arabia لصيانة الطائرات عن توفر وظيفة مدرب من المستوى B1، في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك للعمل في مجال الدعم الفني والتدريب على صيانة طائرات H145.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحصول على دبلوم كحد أدنى في تخصص صيانة الطائرات أو برنامج تدريب طيران معتمد (مدة الدراسة سنتان على الأقل).
  • يفضل امتلاك رخصة EASA Part 66 أو FAA.
  • خبرة فنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة طائرات H145 (عسكرية أو مدنية).
  • خبرة تدريبية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدرب فني.
  • تصنيف نوعي (Type Rating) على طائرة H145 صادر عن منظمة معتمدة من الشركة المصنعة الأصلية (OEM).
  • خبرة في تطوير مناهج التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) للفنيين المبتدئين والمتقدمين.
  • خبرة في تطوير وسائل تعليمية مثل الرسوم البيانية والنشرات والشرائح لتسهيل الدورات التدريبية الفنية.
  • خبرة في الإشراف المباشر على فنيي الصيانة الجدد أثناء التقييمات التدريبية.
  • يفضل خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الكتابة الفنية (Technical Writing).
  • يفضل أن يكون المتقدم مؤهلاً بمستوى 7 في التخصصات ذات الصلة (اللوجستيات، الصيانة، التدريب).
  • الحصول على مؤهل/دورة تدريبية معتمدة في التدريب من جهة معترف بها.
  • اجتياز المقابلة مع PSS/GSAC (حضورياً أو عبر الإنترنت).
  • اجتياز التصريح الأمني من الحكومة السعودية.
  • إرفاق نسخ رسمية من الوثائق الداعمة لكل ما ورد في السيرة الذاتية.
  • الوعي بالمخاطر المحتملة المتعلقة بالامتثال والالتزام بالنزاهة كأساس لنجاح الشركة وسمعتها.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office، وخاصة للحفاظ على سجلات التدريب وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات PSS/GSAC.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية: للمتحدثين غير الناطقين بها، يجب الحصول على 6.0 كحد أدنى في اختبار IELTS أو ما يعادله، أو اجتياز تقييم اللغة الإنجليزية أثناء المقابلة.
  • إلمام جيد بأدوات الأتمتة المكتبية (MS Office).

Job Description:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Aircraft maintenance specialty or recognized aviation training program in respective field/specialty (Minimum 2 years).
  • Licensing: EASA Part 66/ FAA License is preferred.
  • Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years proven experience (Military or Civilian) in H145 Maintenance.
  • Instructional Experience: Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Technical Instructor.
  • Type Rating: Type rating in H145 by an approved organization from the OEM.
  • Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and instructing OJT (On-the-Job Training) curriculum in the respective field for both fresh and advanced maintenance technicians.
  • Training Aids: Experience in developing teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides to facilitate technical training courses.
  • Supervision & Administration: * Experience in directly supervising new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.
    • Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite to maintain training records in adherence to PSS/GSAC policies and procedures.
  • Technical Writing: 3 years in a technical writing position is preferred.
  • Specialty Qualification: Preferred to be qualified as a Level-7 in related specialties of logistics, maintenance, and training.
  • Certification: Must have an instructor qualification/course certificate from a recognized organization.
  • Language Proficiency: * For non-native speakers, a minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is required.
    • Alternatively, English language skills will be evaluated during the PSS/GSAC interview.
  • Software Skills: Have working knowledge of office automation tools such as MS Office.
Mandatory Requirements:

  • All requirements and information in the CV must be proven by a copy of an official document.
  • Pass the PSS/GSAC interview (attended physically or online).
  • Pass the security clearance from the KSA government.
