شركة إيرباص هليكوبترز العربية لصيانة الطائرات (Airbus Helicopters Arabia) تعلن عن وظيفة مدرب B1 في منطقة مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وإعداد مناهج التدريب العملي (OJT) لفنيي الصيانة المبتدئين والمتقدمين.
  • تطوير وسائل تعليمية مساعدة مثل الرسوم البيانية والنشرات والشرائح لتسهيل الدورات التدريبية الفنية.
  • الإشراف المباشر على فنيي الصيانة الجدد أثناء تقييمات التدريب.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات التدريب وفق سياسات وإجراءات PSS/GSAC باستخدام حزمة Microsoft Office.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحد الأدنى من الدبلوم في تخصص صيانة الطائرات أو برنامج تدريبي معترف به (سنتان على الأقل).
  • يفضل الحصول على رخصة EASA Part 66 أو FAA.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات (عسكرية أو مدنية) في صيانة طائرات H145.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدرب فني.
  • تصنيف نوعي (Type Rating) على طائرة H145 من جهة معتمدة من الشركة المصنعة (OEM).
  • خبرة في تطوير وتدريب مناهج التدريب العملي في المجال ذي الصلة.
  • خبرة في تطوير وسائل تعليمية مساعدة.
  • خبرة في الإشراف المباشر على فنيي الصيانة الجدد أثناء التدريب.
  • الإلمام بحزمة Microsoft Office لتسجيل سجلات التدريب.
  • يفضل خبرة 3 سنوات في الكتابة الفنية (Technical Writing).
  • يفضل الحصول على مؤهل المستوى 7 في التخصصات ذات الصلة (اللوجستيات، الصيانة، التدريب).
  • الحصول على شهادة مؤهل مدرب من جهة معترف بها.
  • لغير الناطقين باللغة الإنجليزية: الحد الأدنى IELTS 6.0 أو ما يعادله، أو سيتم تقييم اللغة الإنجليزية أثناء مقابلة PSS/GSAC.
  • معرفة بأدوات الأتمتة المكتبية مثل MS Office.
  • اجتياز مقابلة PSS/GSAC (حضورياً أو عبر الإنترنت).
  • اجتياز التصريح الأمني من الحكومة السعودية.
  • إثبات جميع المعلومات في السيرة الذاتية بنسخ من الوثائق الرسمية.
  • الإلمام بمخاطر الامتثال المحتملة والالتزام بالنزاهة كأساس لنجاح الشركة وسمعتها.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Aircraft maintenance specialty or recognized aviation training program in respective field/specialty (Minimum 2 years).
  • Licensing: EASA Part 66/ FAA License is preferred.
  • Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years proven experience (Military or Civilian) in H145 Maintenance.
  • Instructional Experience: Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Technical Instructor.
  • Type Rating: Type rating in H145 by an approved organization from the OEM.
  • Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and instructing OJT (On-the-Job Training) curriculum in the respective field for both fresh and advanced maintenance technicians.
  • Training Aids: Experience in developing teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides to facilitate technical training courses.
  • Supervision & Administration: * Experience in directly supervising new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.
    • Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite to maintain training records in adherence to PSS/GSAC policies and procedures.
  • Technical Writing: 3 years in a technical writing position is preferred.
  • Specialty Qualification: Preferred to be qualified as a Level-7 in related specialties of logistics, maintenance, and training.
  • Certification: Must have an instructor qualification/course certificate from a recognized organization.
  • Language Proficiency: * For non-native speakers, a minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is required.
    • Alternatively, English language skills will be evaluated during the PSS/GSAC interview.
  • Software Skills: Have working knowledge of office automation tools such as MS Office.
Mandatory Requirements:

  • All requirements and information in the CV must be proven by a copy of an official document.
  • Pass the PSS/GSAC interview (attended physically or online).
  • Pass the security clearance from the KSA government.
