تسعى أكسنتشر الشرق الأوسط (Accenture Middle East) إلى تعيين مدير استراتيجية قيمة الذكاء الاصطناعي للمؤسسات (Enterprise AI Value Strategy Manager) في الرياض. يقود هذا الدور تقديم حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي الشاملة للقطاع العام، وإدارة الفرق وأصحاب المصلحة، والهندسة المعمارية التقنية، لدفع التحول في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحقيق أثر تجاري قابل للقياس.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة التسليم الشامل لحلول الذكاء الاصطناعي/التعلم الآلي لعملاء القطاع العام، بدءاً من المتطلبات ووصولاً إلى الإنتاج والتشغيل.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تحول الذكاء الاصطناعي المتوافقة مع الأولويات الوطنية والأهداف الاستراتيجية الحكومية.
  • تصميم بنى ذكاء اصطناعي قابلة للتطوير والإنتاج تستخدم كامل طيف التعلم الآلي - GenAI، NLP، LLMs، الرؤية الحاسوبية، والمحاكاة.
  • المساهمة العملية في تطوير النماذج، وهندسة خطوط الأنابيب، وتصميم واجهات API، وتكامل المنصات.
  • قيادة وإدارة فريق متعدد التخصصات في الذكاء الاصطناعي/البيانات؛ وتحمل مسؤولية القرارات الجماعية وجودة التسليم والنمو الفردي.
  • العمل كجهة الاتصال التقنية الأساسية للذكاء الاصطناعي مع كبار أصحاب المصلحة الحكوميين، وتيسير ورش العمل والمراجعات التقنية والعروض التنفيذية.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف - مهندسي البيانات، مهندسي السحابة، ومحللي الأعمال - لمواءمة الحلول مع أهداف العميل.
  • المشاركة عبر شبكة التسليم الأوسع لأكسنتشر، والمساهمة في القرارات التي تمتد عبر فرق ومسارات عمل متعددة.
  • امتلاك وحوكمة البنية المعمارية لحلول الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات، وتحديد استراتيجية المنصة، واختيار خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي/التعلم الآلي السحابية، وتصميم خط أنابيب MLOps.
  • المساهمة في تصميم نموذج تشغيل الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات، بما يضمن قدرة العملاء الحكوميين على استدامة وتوسيع قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل مستقل بعد انتهاء المشروع.
  • تحليل التحديات المعقدة في القطاع العام وتصميم نهج ذكاء اصطناعي مبتكرة وقابلة للتطوير تحقق أثراً قابلاً للقياس.
  • دفع اعتماد الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال تصميم مناهج إدارة التغيير والتمكين التي تسرع تحقيق القيمة داخل مؤسسات العميل.
  • دمج التقنيات الناشئة وأفضل الممارسات لتحسين أطر الذكاء الاصطناعي ومعايير التسليم بشكل مستمر.
  • المساهمة في ممارسة الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات في أكسنتشر من خلال القيادة الفكرية وتطوير الأصول القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام وبناء القدرات الداخلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في علوم الحاسب، علم البيانات، الإحصاء، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة (مع خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 12 سنة).
  • خبرة واسعة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تحليل البيانات، الإحصاء، التعلم الآلي، أو علوم الحاسب.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التعلم الآلي، التعلم العميق، أو كفاءة مثبتة في معالجة اللغة الطبيعية (NLP).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي/التعلم الآلي والإدراكية من موفر سحابي رئيسي واحد على الأقل (AWS، Azure، أو GCP).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في تصميم وبناء و/أو تنفيذ البنى الوكيلة (Agentic Architectures).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في بناء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التحادثي باستخدام الخدمات السحابية وتنسيق خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي/التعلم الآلي في حلول شاملة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل كامل وعملي في البرمجة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة وقيادة فرق تسليم الذكاء الاصطناعي/التعلم الآلي متعددة الوظائف في مشاريع موجهة للعملاء.
  • سجل حافل في نقل حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي من الفكرة إلى الإنتاج والتشغيل.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في إدارة وقيادة تسليم GenAI / Agentic عبر مؤسسات أو عملاء حكوميين.
  • خبرة صناعية عميقة في القطاع العام والاستشارات.
  • خبرة سابقة في تسليم مشاريع في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الخليج/الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا الأوسع.
  • الإلمام بمبادرات التحول الرقمي لرؤية السعودية 2030.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية (محادثة و/أو كتابة).
  • مؤهل دراسات عليا (ماجستير أو دكتوراه) في الذكاء الاصطناعي، علم البيانات، أو مجال ذي صلة.

Job Summary:

As a AI Solution Delivery Manager leads the delivery of end-to-end AI solutions, managing teams, stakeholders, and technical architecture to drive AI transformation. The role focuses on designing and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions, ensuring successful adoption, and delivering measurable business impact for clients.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • AI Transformation & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions for public sector clients, from requirements through production and operationalization.
  • Develop and implement AI transformation strategies aligned with national government priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Design scalable, production-grade AI architectures leveraging the full ML spectrum - GenAI, NLP, LLMs, Computer Vision, and Simulation.
  • Contribute hands-on to model development, pipeline engineering, API design, and platform integration.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary AI/Data team; take accountability for team decisions, delivery quality, and individual growth.
  • Serve as the primary AI technical point of contact for senior government stakeholders, facilitating workshops, technical reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - data engineers, cloud architects, and business analysts - to align solutions with client objectives.
  • Engage across the broader Accenture delivery network, contributing to decisions that span multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Solution Architecture & Operating Model
  • Own and govern the AI & Data solution architecture, defining platform strategy, cloud AI/ML service selection, and MLOps pipeline design.
  • Contribute to AI & Data Operating Model design, ensuring government clients can sustain and extend AI capabilities independently post-engagement.
  • Analyze complex public sector challenges and design innovative, scalable AI approaches that drive measurable impact.
  • Continuous Improvement & AI Adoption
  • Drive AI adoption by designing change management and enablement approaches that accelerate value realization within client organizations.
  • Integrate emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve AI frameworks and delivery standards.
  • Contribute to Accenture's AI & Data practice through thought leadership, reusable asset development, and internal capability building.


    • Essential Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (minimum 12 years of work experience).
  • 7+ years of extensive experience in Data Analysis, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or demonstrated proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • 5+ years of experience with AI/ML and cognitive services from at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • 1+ year of experience designing, building, and/or implementing Agentic Architectures.
  • 1+ year of experience building Conversational AI applications using cloud-based services and orchestrating AI/ML services into end-to-end solutions.
  • Ability to operate fully hands-on on coding.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading cross-functional AI/ML delivery teams in client-facing engagements.
  • Proven track record of taking AI solutions from inception to production and operationalization.


    • Preferable Qualifications:


  • Experience managing and leading Gen AI / Agentic delivery across enterprise or government clients.
  • Deep industry expertise in public sector and consulting
  • Prior experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC/MENA region.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 digital transformation initiatives.
  • Arabic language proficiency (spoken and/or written).
  • Postgraduate qualification (Master's or PhD) in AI, Data Science, or a related field.
