نبذة عن الوظيفة
- في هذا الدور، ستقوم بمراقبة وتنظيم أنشطة التخطيط والسلامة والجودة والفنية للمقاولين في مشروع معقد بمشاركة عدة جهات، وذلك من خلال التنسيق والتوجيه لإدارة المقاولين.
- سيساعد إشرافك الميداني في ضمان تخطيط العمليات بما يتوافق مع الجداول الزمنية الموضوعة، وتنفيذ طرق العمل بأمان.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة وتنظيم أنشطة المقاولين، من خلال التنسيق والتوجيه لإدارة المقاولين ضمن نطاق المسؤولية.
- دعم المشاريع متوسطة الحجم ذات التعقيد المتوسط إلى العالي وبمشاركة عدة أطراف.
- مراقبة جداول البناء للمقاولين، ومخططات الموارد، ومتطلبات المواد والمعدات.
- مراجعة طرق البناء والجداول ومخططات القوى العاملة ومتطلبات المواد والمعدات المقدمة من المقاولين.
- تنسيق تأثير عمليات البناء على الواجهات الخارجية للتأكد من توافقها مع الجداول الزمنية الموضوعة.
- الإشراف على تركيب المواد والمعدات للتأكد من مطابقتها للرسومات والمواصفات ومتطلبات البائع وغيرها.
- تطبيق السياسات والإجراءات وقواعد العمل ذات الصلة كما هو محدد من قبل إدارة البناء الميدانية.
- دعم مهندسي البناء الميدانيين والمشرفين والفنيين في تفسير مستندات التصميم الهندسي ووثائق البائع والمستندات الفنية الأخرى.
- تنسيق الحلول الهندسية مع المقاولين والمشرفين والفنيين.
- التنسيق مع فريق التصميم بشأن قضايا قابلية التنفيذ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس (أو ما يعادلها دولياً) مع 8-10 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة، أو 12-14 سنة من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قيادة والإشراف على أنشطة البناء الهيكلي الفولاذي، بما في ذلك مشاريع البناء التقليدية والوحداتية واسعة النطاق، لضمان التنفيذ الآمن والفعال والجيد.
- إدارة وتنسيق المقاولين والقوى العاملة المباشرة والمشرفين والفنيين لتحقيق أهداف المشروع وإنتاجيته.

- التنسيق مع مهندسي البناء الميدانيين وفرق الجودة والسلامة ومراقبة المشروع للحفاظ على الامتثال لجداول المشروع والميزانيات ومتطلبات الجودة.
- تنسيق أنشطة الرفع الثقيل والتجهيز والتركيب للهياكل الفولاذية والوحدات، مع ضمان الامتثال لخطط الرفع المعتمدة ودراسات التجهيز وسعات الرافعات ومتطلبات الرفع الحرجة وإجراءات السلامة.
- تطوير وصيانة ومراقبة خطط البناء قصيرة المدى، بما في ذلك جداول التوقعات لمدة 3 أسابيع، وتخطيط الموارد، وتوفر جبهات العمل.
- ضمان تطبيق متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (ES&H) وإجراءات إدارة السلامة والعمليات الإنشائية الأساسية للشركة.
- الإشراف على تخطيط واستخدام أدوات البناء والمعدات والمواد الاستهلاكية، وضمان توفر الموارد الكافية لدعم العمليات الميدانية.

- القدرة على إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية مكثفة في بيئات إنشائية نشطة.
- القدرة على المشي لمسافات طويلة، وتسلق السلالم والسقالات، والعمل على ارتفاعات، والدخول إلى الأماكن الضيقة حسب الحاجة.
- القدرة على العمل في ظروف مناخية حارة ورطبة نموذجية لمشاريع البناء في الشرق الأوسط.

The Ar Rjum Project comprises a green field gold project with three open pit mining operations with associated waste dumps and ore stockpile, a processing plant, tailings management facilities, and supporting infrastructure including water supply, power supply, maintenance facilities, offices, temporary and permanent accommodation village.
The Project is situated within the Central Arabian Gold Region, approximately 200 km north-east of Taif towards Riyadh and about 26 km South of Al Mouwayh, which is a small town situated on the Jeddah - Riyadh highway.

In this role, you will monitor and organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project with multiple stakeholders’ involvement, through the coordination and instruction of subcontractor’s management staff. Your field supervision will help ensure operations are planned to coincide with overall established schedules and that work methods are planned and executed safely.

Major Responsibilities
- Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities, through coordination and instruction of subcontractor’s management staff within the area of responsibility.
- Role supports on mid-size projects of medium to high complexity with multiple stakeholders’ involvement.
- Monitors subcontractor construction schedules, resource charts, and material and equipment requirements.
- Reviews subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements.
- Coordinates the construction operations impact on external interfaces to ensure they coincide with the overall established schedules.
- Monitors installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirements
- Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management.
- Supports Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents
- Coordinates engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals.
- Coordinates with Design on constructability issues.
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge And Skills
- Lead and supervise structural steel construction activities, including large-scale stick-built and modular construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality execution.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, direct-hire workforce, foremen, and craft professionals to achieve project objectives and productivity targets.
- Ensure all structural works are executed in accordance with approved engineering drawings, specifications, applicable structural codes, tolerances and standards, project procedures, and client requirements.
- Review and interpret engineering, vendor, and technical documentation, providing construction support and resolving field-related technical issues.
- Drive Structural construction utilizing Work Packaging principles, planning work by systems and test boundaries while proactively managing constraints and work-front availability.
- Coordinate with Construction Field Engineers, Quality, Safety, and Project Controls teams to maintain compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate heavy lifting, rigging, and erection activities for structural steel and modular installations, ensuring compliance with approved lift plans, rigging studies, crane capacities, critical lift requirements, and project safety procedures.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor short-term construction plans, including 3-week look-ahead schedules, resource planning, and work-front availability.
- Ensure implementation of project Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) requirements, Safety Management Plans, and company core construction processes.
- Oversee the planning and utilization of construction tools, equipment, and consumables, ensuring adequate resources are available to support field operations.
- Conduct regular field inspections to monitor work progress, safety compliance, quality standards, and workforce productivity.
- Interface with engineering, procurement, client representatives, and subcontractors to resolve construction challenges and maintain project alignment.
- Support project reporting requirements by maintaining accurate records of construction progress, manpower, equipment utilization, and field issues.
- Ability to perform extensive field inspections within active construction environments.
- Capable of walking long distances, climbing ladders and scaffolding, working at heights, and accessing confined spaces as required.
- Ability to work in hot and humid climatic conditions typical of Middle East construction projects.
- Must be capable of using all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) associated with assigned construction activities.
