المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل ومراقبة وصيانة أنظمة التبريد الصناعي والتكييف والمرافق لضمان التشغيل الآمن والموثوق والفعال.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والجدولة لمعدات التبريد والتكييف، بما في ذلك ضواغط الأمونيا، المكثفات التبخيرية، أنظمة الجليكول، أنظمة المياه المبردة، المضخات، وحدات مناولة الهواء (AHUs)، وحدات المروحة (FCUs)، مراوح الشفط ووحدات التكييف.
- استكشاف الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية وإصلاحها، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لتقليل وقت التوقف وتحسين أداء المعدات.
- مراقبة معايير التشغيل، وإجراء الفحوصات الروتينية، ودعم عمليات الإصلاح الشامل للمعدات، والصيانة الوقائية، وتخطيط قطع الغيار.
- تسجيل أعطال المعدات وأنشطة الصيانة وأوامر العمل بدقة في نظام SAP.
- العمل عن كثب مع أقسام الصيانة والإنتاج والموردين والمصنعين الأصليين (OEMs) بشأن المشكلات الفنية والإصلاحات وأنشطة التحسين المستمر.
- دعم مبادرات التحسين باستخدام تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) والمساهمة في حل المشكلات الفنية المتكررة وتقليل متوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR).
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأنشطة لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وسلامة الأغذية و HACCP و GMP و 5S و Food Defense ومعايير السلامة الشركية، بما في ذلك التعامل السليم مع المواد الكيميائية والأدوات ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل تقني/مهني لا يقل عن سنتين في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية، أو تبريد وتكييف الهواء، أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في تشغيل وصيانة التبريد أو التكييف أو المرافق، ويفضل في صناعة الأغذية/FMCG.
- معرفة عملية قوية بأنظمة التبريد الصناعي والتكييف، بما في ذلك تبريد الأمونيا، الضواغط، المكثفات، المضخات، أنظمة المياه المبردة، ومعدات AHU/FCU.
- القدرة على استكشاف الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وإصلاحها وقراءة مخططات P&IDs والرسومات الكهربائية/الميكانيكية والمخططات الفنية ذات الصلة.
- معرفة بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وسلامة الأغذية والمعايير الفنية المطبقة؛ والإلمام بـ SAP و MS Office و RCA و PDCA و 5S.
- الإلمام بأنظمة التحكم PLC و BMS و DCS و SCADA أو HMI يعتبر ميزة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى الأعمال.
- الإقامة في جدة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها مع المرونة للتنقل إلى موقع المصنع.

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Operate, monitor and maintain industrial refrigeration, HVAC and utility systems to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation
- Perform preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC equipment, including ammonia compressors, evaporative condensers, glycol systems, chilled water systems, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans and AC units
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, identify root causes and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
- Monitor operating parameters, perform routine inspections and support equipment overhaul, preventive maintenance and spare-part planning
- Record equipment issues, maintenance activities and work orders accurately in SAP
- Work closely with Maintenance, Production, suppliers and OEMs on technical issues, repairs and continuous improvement activities
- Support improvement initiatives using RCA and contribute to solutions for recurring technical issues and reducing MTTR
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE, food safety, HACCP, GMP, 5S, Food Defense and company safety standards, including proper handling of chemicals, tools and PPE
- Minimum 2-year technical/vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration, HVAC or utilities operation and maintenance, preferably within the Food/FMCG industry
- Strong practical knowledge of industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems, including ammonia refrigeration, compressors, condensers, pumps, chilled water systems and AHU/FCU equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems and read P&IDs, electrical/mechanical drawings and relevant technical diagrams
- Knowledge of HSE, food safety and applicable technical standards; familiarity with SAP, MS Office, RCA, PDCA and 5S
- Familiarity with PLC, BMS, DCS, SCADA or HMI control systems is an advantage
- Business-level English proficiency
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah, with flexibility to commute to the factory location
- Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills
