We are hiring a Project Manager on behalf of a leading technology solutions company specializing in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and AV (Audio Visual) systems based in Riyadh, delivering integrated technology solutions across the Middle East. With expertise in system design, supply, installation, and integration, the company serves a diverse range of commercial and specialized projects, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Put into practice the designed system architecture to the schematics/schedules
• Follow and implement the technical brief and requirement for each discipline for procurement and contractual agreement with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Provide technical input to ensure all systems interconnect and interface correctly
• Be the main support to the Deputy Project Manager through the implementation phase of the project.
• Implement tools and procedures that ensure compliance with detailed document control processes.
• Identify and manage change.
• In conjunction with the Deputy Project Manager, take the implementation role throughout the construction phase working with both internal and external teams to produce a fully integrated and coordinated completed system.
•  Be involved with progress meetings both internally and externally taking responsibility to document and record output and actions.
• Take a coordination role in the construction progress meetings with Consultants/Contractors and produce actions and minutes for issue to all parties.
• Engage with Potential Subcontractors, obtain at least three Quotations
• Monitor the performance of Subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage the implementation of H&S requirements in accordance with current legislation and the procedures specified within the contract.
•  Implement measures to ensure compliance with the internal Quality Procedures and the Clients Quality assurance, process and procedures
• Be fully engaged with the Commissioning/Handover process and documentation
• Carry out weekly toolbox talks on a subject chosen by the Project Manager
• Implement company Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ELV project execution, preferably in commercial, healthcare, hospitality, education, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of international standards and local regulations applicable to ELV systems.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, BICSI, or manufacturer certifications are an advantage.

Experience

• Experience in managing the execution of ELV projects from initiation to handover.
• Hands-on experience with systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, Fire Alarm Interface, Intrusion Detection, IPTV, SMATV, Audio Visual (AV), Building Management System (BMS), and Parking Management Systems.
• Experience in reviewing project specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in preparing material submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Experience in site supervision, installation, testing, commissioning, and project close-out.
• Experience in preparing as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation.
• Experience in managing project budgets, variations, and procurement coordination.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements.
