Bouygues Travaux Publics، الشركة الرائدة في الهندسة المدنية والأنفاق والهياكل المعقدة، تعلن عن حاجتها إلى مشرف رفع (Lifting Supervisor) للعمل في موقع تبوك العلا، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على عمليات الرفع والشد اليومية في مشاريع وأنشطة المصنع.
  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال بأمان وفقاً لخطط وإجراءات الرفع المعتمدة.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الموقع ومشغلي الرافعات وعمال الشد وموظفي الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لتخطيط وتنفيذ عمليات الرفع بفعالية.
  • فحص معدات الرفع والتحقق من صلاحية أدوات الرفع والآلات للاستخدام قبل بدء العمليات.
  • مراقبة ممارسات العمل وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الرفع الآمنة.
  • إجراء جلسات توعية (toolbox talks) مع فرق الموقع.
  • تحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الضرورة.
  • الحفاظ على السجلات التشغيلية المتعلقة بأنشطة الرفع.
  • دعم التحقيقات في الحوادث المتعلقة بعمليات الرفع.
  • المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لأداء السلامة في الموقع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة عملية في عمليات الميكانيكا أو البناء أو الرفع الثقيل.
  • خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على أنشطة الرفع والشد في بيئات البناء أو الصناعة أو المصانع.
  • فهم قوي لممارسات الرفع الآمنة ومعالجة الأحمال ومتطلبات فحص معدات الرفع.
  • القدرة على تفسير خطط الرفع وتقييم المخاطر وإجراءات العمل (method statements).
  • الإلمام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وأنظمة تصاريح العمل الآمنة المطبقة على عمليات الرفع.
  • مهارات تواصل وتنسيق فعالة عند العمل مع المشغلين وعمال الشد وفرق الموقع.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادة أو تدريب ذي صلة بالإشراف على الرفع أو الشد.
  • القدرة على العمل في ظروف موقع صعبة ودعم متطلبات التشغيل العاجلة.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily lifting and rigging operations across project and plant activities
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with approved lifting plans and procedures
  • Coordinate with site teams, crane operators, riggers, and HSE personnel to plan and execute lifting activities effectively
  • Inspect lifting equipment and verify that lifting gear and machinery are fit for use before operations commence
  • Monitor work practices and ensure compliance with safe lifting standards
  • Conduct toolbox talks with site teams
  • Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions where necessary
  • Maintain operational records related to lifting activities
  • Support incident investigations related to lifting operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of site safety performance

Requirements

  • Practical experience in mechanical, construction, or heavy lifting operations
  • Proven experience supervising lifting and rigging activities in construction, industrial, or plant environments
  • Strong understanding of safe lifting practices, load handling, and lifting equipment inspection requirements
  • Ability to interpret lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements
  • Familiarity with HSE regulations and safe work permit systems applicable to lifting operations
  • Effective communication and coordination skills when working with operators, riggers, and site teams
  • Relevant lifting supervision or rigging certification/training preferred
  • Ability to work in demanding site conditions and support urgent operational requirements
