DHL Express تعلن عن وظيفة "وكيل مبيعات تجزئة" (Retail Sales Agent) في الظهران بالمنطقة الشرقية، للانضمام إلى فريق يركز على خدمة العملاء والجودة والاستدامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الحفاظ على نظافة ومظهر ممتازين لطاولة الاستقبال، وإظهار صورة مهنية في استقبال وخدمة العملاء.
  • ضمان تحقيق/تجاوز جميع أهداف المبيعات، والتعامل الصحيح مع النقد والرصيد النقدي باستخدام نظام SPS لإكمال بوالص الشحن الجوي (AWBs) وفق معايير الشركة.
  • ضمان استيفاء معايير الشحن المثالي في جميع الأوقات، والحفاظ على مستويات مناسبة من الكتيبات والتعريفات الجمركية المعروضة.
  • تقديم معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة للعملاء وتقديم المشورة بشأن قبول الشحنات ونقلها، وفحص الشحنات أمنياً قبل القبول، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة تجاه شحنات DGA، وحجز شحنات المستلم عند الاقتضاء.
  • التأكد من أن جميع الآلات (بطاقات، وزن، حاسوب) في حالة عمل جيدة، ورفع معلومات الأقراص من نظام SPS بدقة في نهاية كل يوم.
  • فهم احتياجات الآخرين والتقاط الإشارات غير المنطوقة لديهم.
  • التعرف على احتياجات العملاء الداخلية والخارجية وإعطائها أولوية عالية، وتقديم الحلول بطريقة مفيدة وودودة وصادقة.
  • التعبير عن المعلومات الشفهية والمكتوبة بشكل موجز وفي الوقت المناسب، وتعديل اللغة أو المصطلحات حسب خصائص الجمهور واحتياجاته.
  • إظهار مستوى عالٍ من الالتزام والطاقة والمرونة والمثابرة في العمل، ووضع معايير وأهداف عالية والسعي للوصول إليها أو تجاوزها.
  • المراجعة اليومية والتسوية لتطبيقات إدارة النقد (CAA).
  • العمل كدعم احتياطي للفريق أثناء الإجازات وفترات الذروة في المهام المالية ذات الصلة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة معترف بها.
  • القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والتغلب على التحديات.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في مبيعات التجزئة.
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة مع مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • مهارات متقدمة في MS Office و MS Excel.
  • مهارات فعالة في حل المشكلات لتحديد وتصحيح الفروقات المالية.
  • القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق أو بشكل مستقل.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية عالية باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • مهارات متقدمة في MS Office و MS Excel.
  • مهارات حل المشكلات لتصحيح الفروقات المالية.

Overall Role Purpose


  • Responsible for serving customers on daily for outbound and inbound process and reporting daily cash collection reporting, Gateways payments & reconciliation and other General Ledger and accounting tasks related listed in section 2 Principal Accountabilities.
  • Show proactive approach to address issues on spot related to CAA reconciliation and other Cash and Duty reconciliation


Your Tasks:


  • Maintain cleanliness and excellent appearance within the Front Counter. Project a professional image in greeting and serving customers.
  • Ensure all sales targets are met/exceeded. Ensure all cash and the cash float are handled correctly. Use SPS system to complete AWBs in line with company standards.
  • Ensure that perfect shipment criteria is met at all times. Maintain suitable levels of brochures and tariffs on display. Ability to choose between different alternatives with care. Use sound judgement in conditions of uncertainty
  • Ensure the delivery of precise and correct information to customers and provide advice on shipment acceptance and carriage. Security screen all shipments prior to acceptance. And take necessary action against DGA shipments. Hold consignee collect shipments as appropriate
  • Ensure all machinery is in working order (Card, Weighing, Computer) Up loading of Disk information from the SPS accurately at the end of each day
  • Ability to understand the perceptions and needs of others, as well as to pick up clues to others’ current unspoken thoughts
  • Drive to identify, understand and give high priority to customer needs. Anticipating and providing solutions to internal and external customers in a helpful, friendly and honest manner.
  • Ability to express well-thought concise and timely oral and written information. Ability to adjust language or terminology to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
  • Demonstrating a high level of commitment, energy, resilience and tenacity in doing the job. Being frustrated with the status quo. Setting high standards and challenging goals and continually striving to reach or exceed them
  • Daily review and reconciliation for Cash Admin Applications (CAA)
  • Act as a Backup and support for the team during leave and peak time for Finance tasks related to the


Your Profile:


  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and overcome challenges.
  • Previous experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good in English written and peaking with high communication skills are essential
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge and skills .
  • Advanced MS Excel skills .
  • Be an effective team player with ability to work under own initiative
  • Effective problem-solving skills to identify and correct financial discrepancies
  • Ability to work on a team and independently
