ENGIE Middle East تعلن عن وظيفة مشغل ميداني (Field Operator) في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية التشغيل المحلي للمحطة لضمان تحقيق أهداف التوفر والموثوقية والكفاءة والإنتاج والتكاليف بأمان وضمن الحدود البيئية الصارمة، بما في ذلك تشغيل وإيقاف المعدات والاستجابة للإنذارات والحالات الطارئة، مع خبرة عملية في تقنيات تشغيل محطات التوربينات الغازية وتحلية المياه والمعدات المساعدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الامتثال لأنظمة السلامة والجودة والبيئة (IMS) وتنفيذ جميع أنشطة التشغيل وفقًا لنظام إدارة السلامة والبيئة.
- مراقبة أعمال الصيانة الجارية في المناطق الموكلة والإبلاغ عن الظروف والسلوكيات غير الآمنة.
- إجراء جولات تفتيش روتينية للمحطة واستكمال سجلات التشغيل.
- تنفيذ إجراءات التشغيل تحت توجيه مشغل غرفة التحكم (CRO) مثل تشغيل الصمامات والمضخات وإعادة ضبط الإنذارات المحلية.
- تجهيز المحطة لبدء التشغيل وفقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة، والقيام بإيقاف التشغيل والحفظ الممتد للمحطة.
- تنفيذ إجراءات العزل الآمن للمعدات من النظام للسماح بأعمال الصيانة الروتينية، وإعادة العزل واستعادة المعدات بأمان.
- إجراء أنشطة الصيانة الروتينية مثل تعبئة زيت التشحيم واستبدال المرشحات وغيرها من العمليات التشغيلية.
- دعم مشغل غرفة التحكم أثناء حالات الطوارئ.
- إجراء تحليل عينات دورة المياه والبخار والماء النقي والمقطر والمياه الصالحة للشرب عند عدم وجود كيميائي في الموقع.
- مراقبة وتقييم أداء أنظمة ومعدات المحطة المختلفة، والحفاظ على السلامة والنظافة العامة.
- إتمام مصفوفة مهارات المشغل الميداني والعمل كمشغل غرفة تحكم مؤقت عند الحاجة.
- رفع أوامر العمل للعيوب والظروف غير الطبيعية، والتنسيق مع موظفي الصيانة لتحديد الأعطال.
- إدارة المواد الكيميائية للمحطة بما في ذلك تغيير خزانات المواد الكيميائية وضمان جودة المياه المنتجة وفقًا لمعايير منظمة الصحة العالمية.

Position Summary:
The Field Operator will be responsible for the local operations of the plant to ensure it meets the required availability, reliability, efficiency, generation and cost targets, safely and within strict environmental limits. This will include regular equipment start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers and regular operation/ monitoring, as well as responding to alarms and emergency conditions. Functions/ Task:
Safety, Quality & Environment
- Responsible to ensure compliance of IMS. Perform all operational activities in line with the safety management system and environment management system.
- Responsible to perform the assigned duties and other duties in-line with implementation of safety rules.
- Provide monitoring for the ongoing maintenance jobs on assigned areas.
- Reporting of unsafe conditions and behaviors.
- Conducts routine plant checks i.e. plant round ups and completion of log sheets.
- Perform operational actions under direction from the CRO (i.e. Valve operations, switching on/ off pumps or resetting the local alarms etc) to avoid any abnormal plant operations or to correct existing abnormalities.
- Prepare plant for start ups in accordance with approved operations procedure.
- Performs plant shut down and extended shut down preservation of plant routines in accordance with approved operations procedure. Performa manual intervention actions during trip conditions and maintain close supervision to ensure and maintains close supervision to ensure safe run down of plant.
- Practical application of safety rules performing safe plant isolations from the system to allow routine maintenance activities. De-isolates and restores plant equipment safely to the system.
- Perform routine maintenance activity on the plant such as lube oil top-up, filter replacement and other operational activities.
- Support CRO during emergency situation.
- Carry out the sample analysis of the plant process steam water cycle in cases where chemist is not on-site and on Demin water, distillate, portable water and other samples.
- Monitor and evaluates performance of various plant system and equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining safety and housekeeping of the plant.
- Initiates routine operational activities.
- Complete the field operator’ skill matrix and work as acting CRO and take complete charge of power and desal blocks as CRO.
- Perform lube oil top up as required on plant equipment.
- Perform routine site inspections on routine basis to regular update plant equipment status.
- Carry out dewatering routine in specified areas of the plant as required.
- Raise service request in system for defects and coordinate with Shift Engineer for approval.
- Assistance to maintenance personnel to pinpoint equipment defects when necessary.
- Responsible for changing over of chemical tanks.
- To ensure the export quality of potable water to meet with WHO guidelines and potable water quality standard set in Agreement.
- Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carries out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Daily communication of plant operational issues and defects with the CRO and Shift Engineer and other team members.
- Daily co-ordination and cooperation with CRO and Maintenance Staff for routine and emergency operational and maintenance activities.
- Follow the shift hand over protocol and communication protocol as per the approved procedures.
- The job holder operates under the general guidance of the CRO.
- Any extra-ordinary issues arising outside of set policies and procedures are to be referred to the CRO/ Shift In charge for discussion and approval of recommended actions.
