نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • يبحث KBR عن Head of QA/QC لتيسير ومراقبة والتحكم في صيانة المصنع وإجراءات/سياسات ضمان الجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير خطط ضمان الجودة وإجراءات مراقبة العمليات الأخرى لضمان استيفاء عمليات الصيانة لمعايير الجودة ومعايير HSEQ الخاصة بالشركة.
  • الحفاظ على برنامج الإجراءات التصحيحية وأنظمة الجودة الأخرى.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ نظام إدارة الجودة.
  • التنسيق والمشاركة في التدقيقات الداخلية مع موظفي الجودة بالشركة.
  • إجراء تحقيقات ضمان الجودة (الانحرافات، خارج المواصفات، إلخ).
  • مراجعة عمليات الصيانة وضمان تنفيذها وفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) وتعليمات العمل.
  • التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى بشأن قضايا ضمان الجودة.
  • القيام بوظائف ضمان الجودة الأخرى عند ظهورها.
  • دعم موظفي المقاول في مهمتهم للامتثال والتحسين المستمر.
  • ضمان تدريب جميع موظفي قسم ضمان الجودة لأداء وظائفهم بفعالية، وإدارة ميزانية القسم والوظائف الإدارية الأخرى لضمان عملية صيانة فعالة من حيث التكلفة ومتكاملة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في منصب مراقب جودة.
  • حاصل على شهادة NACE المستوى 2.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم تقني قوي لمراقبة الجودة وضمانها.
  • معرفة قوية بتحليل السبب الجذري (RCA).
  • منظم واستباقي ومهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة في المؤسسات الكبيرة.
  • تفكير استراتيجي ومنفتح على الأفكار الجديدة.
  • القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

KBR is looking for Head of QA/QC - Facilitate, monitor and control the plant maintenance, quality assurance procedures/policies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop QA plans and other required process control procedures to insure maintenance processes meet the specified quality and HSEQ standards of Company.
  • Maintaining the Corrective Action program and other quality systems
  • Development and implementation of Quality, management System
  • Coordinate and participate in internal audits with Company Quality personnel.

  • Conducting Quality Assurance investigations (Deviations, Out-of Specifications, etc.)
  • Reviewing maintenance process and ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedure(s) and work instructions
  • Liase with other departments on Quality Assurance issues
  • Carrying out other Quality Assurance functions as they may arise.
  • Support contractor staff in its mission of compliance and continuous improvement
  • Ensure that all QA department personnel are trained to perform their jobs effectively and manage the QA departmental budget and other administrative functions to ensure an efficient maintenance operation that is cost effective and well-integrated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10+years’ experience as a Quality controller position
  • Strong technical understanding of Quality control and assurance
  • Holding "NACE" Level 2
  • Strong knowledge in root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
