Mechanical Inspector

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mechanical Inspector to inspect and monitor mechanical equipment and systems, identify abnormal operating conditions, and support preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of mechanical equipment and production machinery.
• Monitor equipment condition and identify abnormal operation, wear, vibration, or potential failures.
• Conduct and analyze predictive maintenance measurements, including vibration and thermographic inspections.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs and recommend required maintenance actions.
• Conduct periodic inspection rounds and report equipment defects or abnormal conditions.
• Raise and follow up maintenance work requests through the ERP system.
• Support shutdown and overhaul inspections and verify the quality of completed maintenance work.
• Maintain inspection records and equipment condition reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Diploma: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment inspection and maintenance.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
