شركة zworld تعلن عن وظيفة مدير العمارة التقنية (Technical Architecture Manager) في الرياض، السعودية، بنظام دوام كامل وحضوري.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وصيانة وتوصيل العمارة التقنية الشاملة للأنظمة التجارية الرئيسية، وضمان توافقها مع الاستراتيجية والمعايير المؤسسية.
- قيادة جلسات التصميم المعماري ومراجعة مقترحات الحلول التقنية.
- تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد الفني لفرق التطوير والبنية التحتية.
- التعاون مع مدراء المشاريع ومحللي الأعمال لترجمة متطلبات العمل إلى حلول تقنية قابلة للتطوير وآمنة وموثوقة.
- الإشراف على الحوكمة المعمارية والتوثيق المرتبط بها.
- إجراء تقييم المخاطر وتقييم التقنيات الجديدة وتطوير ممارسات العمارة بشكل مستمر.
- ضمان جاهزية الأنظمة للمستقبل والامتثال للسياسات واللوائح ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو نظم المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة متقدمة أو شهادات مهنية مثل TOGAF, PMP, أو شهادات سحابية).
- خبرة عملية في إدارة المشاريع التقنية، مع القدرة على تخطيط وتنسيق ومتابعة مسارات العمل الفنية عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئات متعددة الأنظمة المعقدة، ويفضل أن تكون في شركات إقليمية أو عالمية في الرياض أو أسواق مماثلة.
- القدرة على قيادة الفرق التقنية وتوجيه المهندسين ودفع المعايير والممارسات المعمارية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان قوي للعمارة التقنية والعمارة الشاملة، بما في ذلك تصميم حلول مؤسسية قابلة للتطوير وآمنة ومتكاملة.
- مهارات تحليل الأعمال وتحليل المتطلبات مع القدرة على تحويل احتياجات العمل إلى مواصفات تقنية وتصاميم معمارية واضحة.

Role Description The Technical Architecture Manager at zworld is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for defining, maintaining, and communicating the overall technical architecture for key business systems, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and standards. Day-to-day activities include leading architectural design sessions, reviewing solution proposals, and providing technical guidance to development and infrastructure teams. The Technical Architecture Manager collaborates closely with project managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions, while overseeing architectural governance and documentation. The role also involves risk assessment, technology evaluation, and continuous improvement of architecture practices, ensuring that systems remain future-ready and compliant with relevant policies and regulations.

- Strong proficiency in Technical Architecture and overall Architecture, including designing scalable, secure, and integrated enterprise solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor technical workstreams across cross-functional teams.
- Skills in Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis, with the capability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive architectural standards and best practices.
- Solid understanding of modern infrastructure and application technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, integration patterns).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, cloud certifications) are an advantage.
- Experience working in complex, multi-system environments; familiarity with regional or global enterprises in Riyadh or similar markets is beneficial.
