المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء القياسات الميدانية وجمع البيانات المكانية.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ مسوحات طبوغرافية وأرضية ومباني لمشاريع مختلفة.
- إعداد وتشغيل أجهزة المساحة، وتسجيل الملاحظات الميدانية بدقة.
- دعم مسوحات ALTA ومسوحات الحدود حسب الحاجة.
- إعداد رسومات مسحية أولية وتنظيم الملاحظات الميدانية.
- التعاون مع المساحين والمهندسين وضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير السلامة.
- السفر إلى مواقع المشاريع ضمن المنطقة بشكل منتظم.
- صيانة معدات المساحة وضمان جاهزيتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات مثبتة في المساحة الأرضية والعمل الميداني لمشاريع البنية التحتية أو البناء أو التطوير.
- خبرة في المسوحات الطبوغرافية لرسم خرائط التضاريس وتخطيط المواقع.
- معرفة بمسوحات ALTA ومعايير التوثيق ذات الصلة لتقييم الممتلكات والحدود.
- خبرة عملية في مسح المباني للخطط الهيكلية ومخططات الطوابق والتوثيق حسب البناء (as-built).
- إلمام بأجهزة المساحة الحديثة (Total stations، GPS/GNSS، Levels) وبرامج جمع البيانات الأساسية.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية ومخططات المواقع مع اهتمام قوي بالدقة والتفاصيل.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية جيدة، مع القدرة على العمل في الموقع في ظروف خارجية متنوعة.
- دبلوم تقني أو درجة في المساحة أو الجيوماتكس أو تكنولوجيا الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الشهادات المهنية ميزة إضافية.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Surveying Technician role at zworld is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Surveying Technician will perform field measurements, collect spatial data, and assist in executing topographic, land, and building surveys for various projects. Responsibilities include setting up and operating surveying instruments, recording accurate site observations, and supporting ALTA and boundary surveys as required. The role also involves preparing basic survey sketches, organizing field notes, collaborating with surveyors and engineers, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. The technician will regularly travel to project sites within the region and maintain surveying equipment in good working condition.

- Demonstrated skills in Land Surveying and Field Work for infrastructure, construction, or development projects.
- Experience with Topographic Surveys for terrain mapping and site planning.
- Knowledge of ALTA Surveys and related documentation standards for property and boundary assessments.
- Practical experience in Building Surveying for structural layouts, floor plans, and as-built documentation.
- Familiarity with modern surveying instruments (total stations, GPS/GNSS, levels) and basic data collection software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and site plans with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in varying outdoor conditions.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering technology, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
