نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس برمجيات خلفي موهوب (المرحلة الثانية) للعمل في الرياض. سيتعاون المرشح مع فريق المنتج لفهم متطلبات المنتج وتقديم الخبرة الفنية، بالإضافة إلى تحليل وتصميم واختبار وهيكلة الحلول المطلوبة لتسليم برمجيات عالية الجودة وفقًا لاحتياجات العمل والمعايير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مواكبة أحدث منهجيات تطوير البرمجيات لتقديم حلول برمجية فائقة الجودة.
- تحليل متطلبات المنتج لفهم الاحتياجات الهندسية، وتقدير الجهود، وتقديم الحلول المطلوبة بالتعاون مع فريق المنتج.
- المساعدة في بناء مكونات التطوير لتحويل المتطلبات إلى برمجيات عاملة بدقة.
- توثيق جميع خطوات البرمجة لضمان الوضوح وتسهيل التعديلات والصيانة المستقبلية.
- التحقيق في المشكلات والأخطاء وحلها.
- التعاون مع الزملاء في مراجعات التعليمات البرمجية وتقديم تقارير المراجعة.
- إجراء اختبارات وظيفية واختبارات للوحدات لضمان عمل الحلول المُسلَّمة.
- المساعدة في التجارب التجريبية واختبارات القبول للمستخدمين.
- الامتثال لجميع السياسات والإجراءات والعمليات ذات الصلة لضمان سير العمل اليومي بشكل محكوم ومتسق.
- المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للعمليات والممارسات وفعالية التكلفة والإنتاجية.
- التشجيع على تطبيق والالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات والتعليمات داخل المؤسسة.
- متابعة العمليات اليومية المتعلقة بالوظيفة لضمان استمرارية العمل.
- المساهمة في إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب تتعلق بمجال العمل لتلبية المتطلبات والأهداف والمعايير.
- ضمان رضا العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين من خلال معالجة احتياجاتهم بلباقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 4 إلى 5 سنوات في تطوير الواجهات الخلفية باستخدام GoLang أو Ruby on Rails (RoR) أو Java أو Python.
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (مطلوب).
- درجة الماجستير في مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة وفهم معماري البرمجيات، بما في ذلك التصميم المدفوع بالمجال (Domain-Driven Design - DDD)، والخدمات المصغرة (Microservices)، و Kubernetes، والحاويات (Containerization).

You Will Be Working On
Software Development
- Keep abreast of latest software development methodologies in order to be able to provide best-in-class software solutions
- Analyze product requirements in order to understand engineering requirements, estimate efforts and provide the required solutions in collaboration with Product Team
- Assist in building development components in order to transform the requirements into actual working software accurately
- Document all coding steps in order to ensure comprehensibility and to facilitate future modifications and maintenance
- Investigate and resolve issues and bugs
- Collaborate with other colleagues in order to assist each other in code reviews and deliver code review reports accordingly
- Perform functional and module testing in order to ensure functionality of delivered solutions
- Assist in user trials and acceptance testing
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions
- Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity
- Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards
- Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner
- 4-5 years of experience in backend development using GoLang, Ruby on Rails (RoR), Java, or Python
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Knowledge & understanding of software architecture, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization
