تعلن شركة الخطوط الجوية القطرية (Qatar Airways) عن توفر وظيفة أمني عمليات (Security Operations Officer) في الدوحة، قطر. ستعمل ضمن فريق العمليات الأمنية في مطار حمد الدولي لضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات الأمنية وفق المعايير المطلوبة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على مشرفي وموظفي العقود الأمنية وتوجيه الأنشطة اليومية لضمان جودة المخرجات والتوزيع حسب الخطة.
- التواصل مع الجهات المعنية بشأن تعريفات صلاحيات الموظفين وطلباتها لإبقاء جميع الأشخاص ذوي الحاجة على اطلاع.
- دعم الجهات المعنية داخل القسم في تجميع المستندات والإحصائيات المتعلقة بتقارير الحوادث وتصحيحها وتحليل الاتجاهات لتنفيذ مشاريع التحسين المستمر.
- إنشاء إحصائيات وتقارير بشكل دوري من تقارير الورديات اليومية وتقارير الحوادث لأغراض مرجعية.
- تسهيل إعداد تقارير الورديات اليومية وتقارير الحوادث من خلال تجميع البيانات لعرض النتائج بطريقة مفيدة.
- المساعدة في الاستجابة لأي حالة طوارئ أو اضطراب تشغيلي كبير أو تهديد يؤثر على المطار أو الشركات التابعة له، بما في ذلك دعم برنامج المساعدة الخاص بالخطوط الجوية القطرية (مثل مرافقة سيارات الطوارئ والمساعدة في إنشاء طوق أمني) لضمان تنفيذ خطط الطوارئ بسلاسة.
- القيام بدوريات راجلة أو متنقلة منتظمة في مباني الركاب ومواقع البناء ومنطقة الممرات والمنطقة الوسطى ومناطق أخرى (البرية والجوية) للحماية من أي اختراق أمني أو اعتداء أو تخريب أو سرقة أو تلف في الممتلكات أو حريق أو مخاطر أخرى.
- إجراء اختبار المخدرات والكحول (إذا لزم الأمر) وتنفيذ سياسة حق التفتيش حسب التفويض لضمان الامتثال لسياسة الشركة.
- الاستجابة في حالة حدوث أي حادث تشغيلي يتم الإبلاغ عنه في الجانبين البري والجوي للمطار وبدء الاستجابة اللازمة، وإبلاغ الإدارة فوراً لضمان تصعيد الأمور المهمة واتخاذ إجراء سريع.
- ضمان أن نقاط التفتيش الأمنية لنقل الركاب وعملية فحص الأمتعة المحمولة تتم وفقاً للوائح المحلية والحفاظ على مستوى الخدمة المتفق عليه طوال الوقت.
- ضمان تنفيذ مهام الفحص الثانوي وفقاً لمتطلبات السلطات الأجنبية.
- المسؤولية عن ضمان تقديم خدمات أمنية لشركات طيران أخرى حسب متطلبات السلطات الأجنبية وإدارة التغطية الإشرافية وعملية التوثيق بشكل كامل.
- الإشراف على نقاط فحص الموظفين ومواقع الحراسة ومراقبة الجودة التشغيلية لضمان فعالية العملية الموثقة.
- أداء مهام أخرى متعلقة بالمنصب حسب توجيهات رئيس القسم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية عامة / دبلوم مهني أو ما يعادلها مع خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة بكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها مع خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في مجال الأمن في المطارات / الطيران.
- مهارات ممتازة في استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج Microsoft Office (PowerPoint، Word، Excel).
- يفضل أن يكون لديك رخصة قيادة سارية.

About the Role
- Oversee and Supervise contract security supervisors & staff and direct daily activities to ensure quality of output and deployment to the plan.
- Communicates with responsible stakeholders with regards to staff access definitions and requests in order to keep informed all persons with the need to know.
- Support the stakeholders and members within the department with regard to compiling of documents and stats in relation to incident reports and rectifications of such incidents, and trend analysis, in order to deliver continuous improvement projects.
- Regularly creating statistics and reports from the Daily Shift Reports, Incident reports for reference purposes.
- Facilitate the compilation of daily shift reports and Incident reports by collating data, in order to present the findings in a meaningful way.
- Assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption or threat affecting HIA or its group subsidiaries, including support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program (such as escorting of emergency vehicles, assisting in providing cordons) in order to ensure smooth delivery of emergency plans.
- Regular foot/mobile patrols at passenger terminal buildings, construction sites, apron areas, midfield area and other areas like landside/Airside (Perimeter) to protect against any security breach, assaults, vandalism, theft, property damage, fire, and other dangers to property.
- To conduct Drug and alcohol test (if required) and carry out right of search policy as authorized, in order to ensure adherence to QR company policy.
- To respond in case of any operational accident or incident reported both at landside and airside of terminal and initiate necessary response. Report the same to the Management with immediate effect in order to ensure the escalation of important matters and quick action in response to the accident/incident.
- Ensuring transfer's security checkpoints and Hold baggage screening process are delivered in compliance with local regulations and SLA is maintained throughout the time.
- Ensuring secondary screening duties are performed in compliance with foreign authorities’ requirements.
- Responsible to ensure other airline security services are delivered as per foreign authorities’ requirements and all the required supervision coverage and documentation process are managed thoroughly.
- Staff screening and man guarding positions shall be supervised and operational quality control activities shall be performed to ensure the documented process is delivered effectively.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
About You
- High School / Vocational / Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 4 years of Job-related experience
- Bachelors or equivalent with minimum 4 years of Job-related experience
- Experience in Airport / Aviation Security Background
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office (Power point, Word, Excel)
- Preferred to have a Driving License.
