نبذة عن الوظيفة
يخطط وينسق مهندس الإنتاج توفر واستخدام الأفراد والإمدادات والمعدات لدعم عمليات التعدين الفعالة وفقًا للشروط القانونية والسلامة والبيئية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- اختبار صحة الموارد القابلة للتعدين من خلال المسوحات الأولية مع الجيولوجيين وتحديد جدوى استخراج الخام.
- تحديد طرق استخراج الخام المناسبة مع مراعاة عمق الغطاء والارتفاع وخصائص الرواسب والطبقات المحيطة.
- تخطيط وتنسيق استخدام العمالة والإمدادات والمعدات وفقًا لمعايير الكفاءة والقانون والسلامة والبيئة.
- التشاور مع الجيولوجيين وخبراء المعادن والمهندسين بشأن آلات التعدين والمرافق والأنظمة والبنية التحتية وحماية البيئة أو إعادة تأهيلها.
- إعداد تقديرات التشغيل والمشروع، وتقييم الجدوى الرأسمالية والتشغيلية، والتحكم في النفقات أثناء الإنتاج، والمشاركة في مفاوضات شراء التعدين أو الاستثمارات.
- تحليل الحساسيات البيئية المتعلقة بالعمليات والنفايات والمواد الكيميائية والعوامل البيئية والثقافية والاعتبارات الجيوسياسية.
- تحليل وتجميع تقارير الإنتاج الإحصائية الشهرية والسنوية لمراجعة الإدارة والإطلاع عليها.
- مراقبة الالتزام ببرامج وسياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في معادن، وتقديم التوجيه لمعالجة ممارسات العمل غير الآمنة أو الضارة.
- التحقيق في الحوادث في منطقة العمل المحددة، وتقديم التوصيات أو الردود، وإطلاع المقاولين على لوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة المطبقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة التعدين.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في هندسة التعدين، بما في ذلك خبرة في عمليات التعدين بأنماط مختلفة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.

What You Will Deliver
Resource and Extraction Planning
- Test the validity of minable resources through preliminary surveys with geologists and determine the feasibility of ore extraction.
- Determine suitable ore extraction methods considering overburden depth, altitude, deposit characteristics, and surrounding strata.
- Plan and coordinate the use of labor, supplies, and equipment in line with efficiency, statutory, safety, and environmental conditions.
- Consult with geologists, metallurgists, and engineers on mining machines, facilities, systems, infrastructure, and environmental protection or restoration.
- Prepare operating and project estimates, assess capital and operating viability, control expenditure during production, and participate in negotiations for mine purchases or investments.
- Analyze environmental sensitivities related to processes, waste, chemicals, environmental and cultural factors, and geopolitical considerations.
- Analyze and compile monthly and yearly statistical production reports for management review and information.
- Monitor adherence to Maaden Health, Safety and Environment programs, policies, and procedures, and provide guidance to address unsafe or damaging work practices.
- Investigate incidents in the assigned work area, provide recommendations or responses, and brief contractors on applicable HSE regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering.
- 5 years of experience in mining engineering, including mine operations experience in differing mine styles.
- Good knowledge of English.
