تعلن شركة معادن عن توفر وظيفة مشرف إرساليات التعدين (Supervisor, Dispatch Mining) في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث سيتولى تنسيق وتحريك معدات التعدين والموارد والموظفين لتعزيز الإنتاجية والكفاءة، والإشراف على أنظمة الإرساليات ومراقبة أهداف الإنتاج مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق وتحديد أولويات نشر المعدات وجداول النقل ومعالجة الخام بما يتوافق مع أهداف الإنتاج والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- مراقبة بيانات الإرساليات والتخطيط في الوقت الفعلي لتتبع موقع المعدات وتوفرها واستخدامها.
- تحسين تخصيص الشاحنات والمعدات ومساراتها وتسلسلها لتقليل أوقات التوقف والخمول ورفع الإنتاجية.
- التعاون مع مخططي المناجم والجيولوجيين ومشرفي الإنتاج لوضع خطط وجداول إنتاج قصيرة وطويلة المدى.
- إيصال التعليمات والتحديثات والملاحظات حول أهداف الإنتاج والجداول إلى مشغلي المعدات وسائقي الشاحنات وغيرهم.
- تحليل بيانات الإنتاج ومؤشرات الأداء لتحديد الاتجاهات وأوجه القصور وفرص التحسين.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية لمعدات التعدين والآلات للتأكد من سلامة تشغيلها والامتثال لأنظمة السلامة.
- حل المشكلات التشغيلية والتنسيق مع فرق الصيانة لمعالجة الأعطال ومتطلبات الصيانة فوراً.
- تنفيذ بروتوكولات وإجراءات السلامة للحفاظ على ظروف عمل آمنة والامتثال للأنظمة.
- تقديم التدريب والدعم لمشغلي الإرساليات والعاملين حول أنظمة الإرساليات وتشغيل المعدات وإجراءات السلامة.
- ضمان مطابقة إرساليات المعدات والموارد والموظفين لأهداف الإنتاج والأولويات التشغيلية.
- تقليل وقت توقف المعدات ووقت الخمول وتحسين استخدامها من خلال التخصيص والمسارات المناسبة.
- مراقبة وتحليل بيانات الإرساليات والإنتاج لاكتشاف مواطن القصور وفرص التحسين.
- تحديد مشكلات المعدات ومتطلبات الصيانة والتنسيق بشأنها سريعاً.
- ضمان امتثال أنشطة الإرساليات والعاملين لبروتوكولات السلامة والإجراءات والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة التعدين أو الهندسة الجيولوجية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة إضافية أو تدريب في أنظمة إرساليات المناجم يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في عمليات التعدين، ويفضل أن تكون في دور الإرساليات أو تخطيط الإنتاج.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة إرساليات المناجم وبرامج إدارة الأساطيل وبرامج تخطيط المناجم مثل Modular Mining DISPATCH أو Wenco أو Minemax.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لعمليات التعدين وقدرات المعدات وعمليات الإنتاج.
- معرفة أساليب التعدين السطحي وتحت الأرض.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات، بما في ذلك تفسير البيانات ومقاييس الإنتاج واتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات.

What You Will Deliver
Dispatch Coordination and Production Control
- Coordinates and prioritizes equipment deployment, haulage schedules, ore processing, and other mining activities to meet production targets and operational requirements.
- Monitors real-time dispatch and mine planning data to track equipment location, availability, and utilization.
- Optimizes truck and equipment allocation, routing, and sequencing to minimize downtime and idle time and improve productivity.
- Collaborates with mine planners, geologists, and production supervisors to develop short-term and long-term production plans and schedules.
- Communicates instructions, updates, and feedback on production targets and schedules to equipment operators, truck drivers, and other personnel.
- Analyzes production data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Conducts regular inspections of mining equipment and machinery to verify proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoots operational issues and coordinates with maintenance teams to address breakdowns and maintenance requirements promptly.
- Implements safety protocols and procedures to maintain safe working conditions and regulatory compliance.
- Provides training and support to dispatch operators and personnel on dispatch systems, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Mining equipment, resources, and personnel are dispatched in line with production targets and operational priorities.
- Equipment allocation, routing, and sequencing reduce downtime and idle time and improve equipment utilization.
- Dispatch and production data is monitored and analyzed to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Equipment issues and maintenance requirements are identified and coordinated promptly.
- Dispatch activities and personnel comply with applicable safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certification or training in mine dispatch systems is advantageous.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in mining operations, preferably in a dispatch or production planning role.
- Proficiency in mine dispatch systems, fleet management software, and mine planning software, such as Modular Mining DISPATCH, Wenco, or Minemax.
- Strong understanding of mining operations, equipment capabilities, and production processes.
- Knowledge of surface and underground mining methods.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting data and production metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-functional collaboration and communication with personnel at all levels.
