نبذة عن الوظيفة
- برنامج تطوير الخريجين مصمم لتزويد الخريجين بأساس متين في قطاع الطاقة والمياه، مع تطوير مهاراتهم المالية والقيادية والفطنة التجارية بالعمل مع لاعب رائد في المجال.
- يوفر البرنامج تعرضًا عمليًا عبر وظائف مالية رئيسية مثل المحاسبة والتقارير، والضرائب، وتمويل إدارة الأصول، وتمويل الشركات. سيتنقل المتدرب في دورات تدريبية منظمة لاكتساب خبرة عملية وبناء أساس قوي في العمليات المالية والشراكة التجارية في بيئة ديناميكية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المحاسبة والتقارير: تعلم مفاهيم ومبادئ المحاسبة الأساسية، التعرف على مكونات القوائم المالية ومبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة عموماً (GAAP)، المساعدة في تسجيل الفواتير في الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، والمساعدة في تسوية البنوك.
- الضرائب: تعلم أنواع الضرائب المختلفة ومبادئها، التعرف على الامتثال الضريبي الفردي حسب الدولة، دعم إعداد إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة وضريبة الشركات والإيداعات التنظيمية الأخرى، المساعدة في حفظ الوثائق الضريبية وسجلات الامتثال.
- تمويل إدارة الأصول: التعلم عن التتبع المالي وإعداد التقارير للمشاريع والأصول التشغيلية، المساعدة في رسملة الأصول والإهلاك وتسويات الأصول الثابتة، المشاركة في إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات لأصول الطاقة ومشاريع البنية التحتية.
- تمويل الشركات: التعلم عن النمذجة المالية وأنشطة الميزانية والتنبؤ، المشاركة في مراقبة التدفقات النقدية والأنشطة المتعلقة بالخزانة، المساهمة في العروض التقديمية المالية ومبادرات التخطيط الاستراتيجي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خريج حديث أو خبرة لا تزيد عن 1-2 سنة في تدريب داخلي أو عمل ذي صلة.
- مهارات تحليلية وعددية قوية.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel وPowerPoint.
- معرفة أنظمة ERP مثل SAP أو Oracle تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Accounting & Reporting
- Learn fundamental accounting concepts and principles.
- Introduction to components of financial statements and GAAP.
- Assist in recording invoice in AP & AR.
- Assist in bank reconciliation.
- Learn and understand various types of taxation and its principles.
- Learn about individual country tax compliance.
- Support preparation of VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Assist in maintaining tax documentation and compliance records.
- Learn about financial tracking and reporting of projects and operational assets.
- Assist in asset capitalization, depreciation, and fixed asset reconciliations.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting for energy assets and infrastructure projects.
- Learn about financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Participate in cash flow monitoring and treasury-related activities.
- Contribute to financial presentations and strategic planning initiatives.
- Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 1-2 years of relevant internship/work experience.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
