المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة التكاليف المرتبطة بالمشاريع أو الأقسام، وضمان تخصيص الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية
- دعم تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات وسياسات الرقابة الداخلية، وضمان النزاهة المالية والالتزام باللوائح المالية
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لدعم عمليات اتخاذ القرار
- إجراء تحليل شامل للتكاليف والنفقات لتحديد مجالات التحسين والوفورات المحتملة
- إعداد تقارير مالية مفصلة تتضمن ملخصات التكاليف والتوقعات، ودعم إعداد الميزانية لضمان توافق النفقات مع القيود المدرجة في الميزانية
- تقديم تقارير منتظمة حول المخاطر والفرص والانحرافات المحتملة لضمان الإدارة الاستباقية
- تقليل الانحرافات من خلال الرقابة الصارمة على التكاليف والتنبؤ المالي
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارات الأخرى لضمان إدارة متكاملة للتكاليف وتخصيص الموارد بكفاءة
- ضمان سلامة المعاملات من خلال التحقق من الدقة ومنع الأخطاء المالية أو الاحتيال
- تطبيق عمليات ضمان الجودة لضمان أن التقارير المالية تلبي المعايير المطلوبة
- ضمان الالتزام بممارسات العمل الآمنة المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة في الشركة في جميع الأوقات

Main Responsibilities
- Monitor the costs associated with projects or departments, ensure resources are allocated effectively to achieve organizational objectives
- Support the development and implementation of internal control procedures and policies, ensure financial integrity and adherence to financial regulations
- Collaborate with project teams to support decisionmaking processes
- Conduct thorough analysis of costs and expenditures to identify areas for improvement and potential savings Prepare detailed financial reports, including cost summaries and projections, and support budget preparation to ensure expenses align with budgetary constraints
- Report regularly on risks, opportunities, and potential deviations to ensure proactive management
- Minimize deviation through rigorous cost control and forecasting
- Work closely with other departments to ensure integrated cost management and efficient resource allocation
- Ensure transaction safety by verifying accuracy and preventing financial errors or fraud
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure financial reporting meets required standards
- Ensure the Company Health & Safety safe working practices are observed at all times
- To act at all times in accordance with the organization's values and serve as an ambassador for Group policies on Safety, Sustainability, Ethics, and Human Rights
- To be aligned with the organization's Core Values, including the values of Bouygues Construction
- Handle ad-hoc matters, as required
Required Skills & Qualification
- Familiar with Microsoft Office,
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- SAP and other technical skills
- Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience
