شركة Bouygues Travaux Publics في المملكة العربية السعودية تبحث عن محاسب للعمل في تبوك العلا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان دقة وتوقيت البيانات والمعاملات المالية.
- تسوية كشوف الحسابات البنكية والحسابات الأخرى بشكل دوري وحل أي تباينات.
- إدارة المعاملات المالية اليومية بما في ذلك حسابات الدفع والتحصيل، وضمان ترحيلها بدقة وبشكل فوري.
- إعداد وتحليل التقارير المالية مثل قائمة الدخل والميزانية العمومية.
- المساعدة في التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي من خلال تجهيز المستندات والبيانات الداعمة.
- مراقبة التدفق النقدي لضمان السيولة والاستقرار المالي.
- ضمان سلامة المعاملات المالية من خلال التحقق من دقتها ومنع الأخطاء أو الاحتيال.
- تقديم رؤى وتحليلات مالية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- تطبيق عمليات ضمان الجودة لضمان أن التقارير المالية تفي بالمعايير المطلوبة.
- الالتزام بممارسات الصحة والسلامة المهنية في مكان العمل في جميع الأوقات.
- التصرف وفق قيم المنظمة والعمل كسفير لسياسات المجموعة المتعلقة بالسلامة والاستدامة والأخلاقيات وحقوق الإنسان.
- التوافق مع القيم الأساسية للمنظمة بما في ذلك قيم Bouygues Construction.
- التعامل مع المهام الطارئة حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو مؤهل أعلى في المالية، المحاسبة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office و SAP وغيرها من المهارات التقنية ذات الصلة.
- فهم قوي للوائح المالية المحلية والمعايير المحاسبية.

Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and transactions
- Regularly reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Manage daily financial transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all postings are accurate and timely
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documents and supporting data
- Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability
- Ensure transaction safety by verifying accuracy and preventing financial errors or fraud
- Provide insights and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure financial reporting meets required standards
- Ensure the Company Health & Safety safe working practices are observed at all times
- To act at all times in accordance with the organization's values and serve as an ambassador for Group policies on Safety, Sustainability, Ethics, and Human Rights
- To be aligned with the organization's Core Values, including the values of Bouygues Construction
- Handle ad-hoc matters, as required
- Software Proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP and other technical skills
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of local financial regulations and accounting standards
- Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience (Accountant)
