شركة International Maritime Industries تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Superintendent Mechanical في الشرقية (رأس الخير)، السعودية. يتولى المرشح المسؤولية الكاملة عن أعمال الأنظمة الميكانيكية في مشاريع CRPO، وقيادة تركيب المعدات الميكانيكية واستكمالها، مع التنسيق الميداني لجميع مراحل العمل لضمان إنجاز المشاريع بأمان ووفق الجدول الزمني.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف ومراقبة تقدم الأنظمة الميكانيكية وأنشطة التشييد للتأكد من تركيبها وفق التصميم والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- تخطيط تواريخ ROS (جاهزية بدء التشغيل) لجميع المعدات بناءً على الجدول الزمني للمشروع، والمسؤولية عن تسليم المعدات بما يتوافق مع مواصفات النظام.
- تنسيق تركيب المعدات ومتابعة الاكتمال الميكانيكي لتسليم سلس لأنشطة التشغيل.
- ضمان الالتزام التام بأحدث الرسومات الإنشائية المعتمدة، وإجراءات الاختبار والتفتيش (ITP)، والتعليمات الموقعية ضمن تخصصه.
- تحديد القوى العاملة حسب متطلبات جدول المشروع، والتخطيط لجميع المعدات والمرافق اللازمة لتنفيذ الأعمال.
- المساعدة في كل مرحلة من مراحل المشروع بدءاً من التصميم وحتى التسليم وفق المواصفات والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد.
- التنسيق مع ممثلي العميل والمقاولين من الباطن في جميع قضايا المشروع لضمان التسليم الآمن والفعال.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى في عمليات الرفع المعقدة للمعدات، والمسؤولية عن الهبوط الآمن وفق ظروف الموقع.
- تحديد أولويات تنفيذ الميدان والموارد عند ظهور تعارضات.
- التخطيط لحفظ المعدات بعد التركيب في الموقع وحتى التسليم.
- امتلاك مبادرة قوية في اتخاذ القرارات والقدرة على وضع خطط وحلول تقنية للتعامل مع مجموعة واسعة من قضايا التشييد.
- تنفيذ ومتابعة الجدول الزمني للمشروع، وإبلاغ فريق الإدارة فوراً بأي مشاكل في الجدول أو الأداء، والاستباق في توقع المشكلات المحتملة.
- امتلاك معرفة قوية بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة (HSEQ) في أحواض السفن ومتطلبات اعتماد بناء منصات الحفر، والتأكد من إبلاغ الفريق بها باستمرار.
- تحديد أولويات العمل والتركيز على المسار الحرج، وتحليل مشكلات العمل كتابةً مع عقلية حل المشكلات، والإشراف الدقيق، واتخاذ القرارات بشخصية مقنعة، والاستعداد الكامل بخطة بديلة لأي طارئ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل تقني هندسي (دبلوم أو ما يعادله) على الأقل، ويفضل درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- لحملة البكالوريوس: خبرة من 9 إلى 15 سنة. لحملة الدبلوم: خبرة 15 سنة فأكثر في أحواض السفن أو ساحات التصنيع، ويفضل المشاركة في أنشطة الإنشاءات البحرية.
- خبرة في التعامل مع مشاريع بحرية عالية القيمة وذات تعقيدات فنية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (شفوية وكتابية) باللغة الإنجليزية.

Key Accountabilities
- Supervise and monitor the progress of Mechanical systems and construction activities to ensure systems are properly constructed and installed to the approved design and specifications.
- To plan ROS dates for all equipment based on project timeline and schedule. Responsible for the delivery of Equipment in compliance with system specifications.
- Coordinate installation of equipment and to follow through with Mechanical Completion for smooth handover for Commissioning activities.
- Ensure that works within his discipline adhere strictly to the latest approved construction project drawings, ITP’s, procedures, and site instructions.
- To establish manpower as per project schedule requirements and to plan for all equipment and facilities required to execute works.
- Assist in each phase of the project term from design to completion in accordance with project specifications and efficient use of resources.
- To liaise with client’s representatives and subcontractors on all project issues to ensure safe and efficient delivery of project.
- To coordinate with other departments for complex lifting of equipment, to be responsible for the safe landing as per site conditions.
- Prioritize field execution sequence and resources when conflicts arise.
- To plan for preservation of equipment upon installation onsite to delivery.
- Possess strong initiative around decision making and ability to conceptualize plans and technical solutions to deal with a wide array of standard and innovative construction issues.
- Implement, monitor, and drive the project schedule. Promptly notify management team of schedule and performance issues, be proactive in anticipating potential problems that may impact the project performance.
- Should possess strong knowledge and understanding of shipyard HSEQ regulations and rig building job certification requirements and ensure the same is communicated to the project team on a reqular basis.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education
- Technical Engineering Qualification.
- Bachelor Engineering Degree (preferred).
- For bachelor's holders at least 9-15, for diploma holders at least 15+ years of experience in ship / fabrication yards and preferably involved in offshore construction activities.
- Experienced in handling offshore related projects which are of high value and with technical complexities.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in the English Language.
