تسعى شركة صافولا إلى توظيف مشتري (الأغذية الطازجة - المنتجات الزراعية - المركزي) في الرياض. سيتولى إدارة عمليات الشراء والتفاوض مع الموردين وضمان توفر المنتجات لدعم عمليات السوبر ماركت.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل اتجاهات الطلب في المتاجر وبيانات المبيعات لتحديد الكميات المطلوبة وضمان قرارات شراء دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- التنسيق مع الموردين لضمان توفر المنتجات وجداول التسليم للحفاظ على مستويات مخزون ثابتة في جميع المتاجر.
- التفاوض على شروط الشراء والأسعار ومواعيد التسليم لتحسين كفاءة التكلفة ودعم أهداف الربحية.
- تقييم أداء الموردين لتحديد احتياجات التحسين أو المخاطر لضمان جودة المنتج والإمداد الموثوق.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون وحالات الاستثناء في التزويد لمعالجة حالات النقص أو التخزين الزائد والحفاظ على الاستقرار التشغيلي.
- التعاون مع فرق المتاجر وقسم سلسلة الإمداد لمواءمة خطط الشراء مع المتطلبات التشغيلية ودعم التنفيذ السلس في المتاجر.
- التحقق من مواصفات المنتج ومعايير التعبئة والتغليف ومتطلبات الامتثال لضمان مطابقة جميع المشتريات لإرشادات الشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، إدارة الأعمال، المشتريات، الخدمات اللوجستية، إدارة العمليات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة

- Analyze store demand trends and sales data to determine required product quantities to ensure timely and accurate procurement decisions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure product availability and delivery schedules to maintain consistent stock levels across stores.
- Negotiate purchasing terms, prices, and delivery conditions to optimize cost efficiency to support profitability targets.
- Evaluate supplier performance to identify improvement needs or risks to ensure product quality and reliable supply.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment exceptions to address shortages or overstock situations to maintain operational stability.
- Collaborate with store teams and the supply chain department to align procurement plans with operational requirements to support smooth store execution.
- Verify product specifications, packaging standards, and compliance requirements to ensure all purchased items meet company guidelines.
- Prepare purchasing reports and cost analyses to provide visibility on procurement performance to support data-driven decision-making.
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
