نحن في ExeQut شريك موثوق لتطبيقات المؤسسات والبوابات، ونعتمد عملية تطوير خاصة تمكننا من التسليم في الوقت المحدد وتجنب أخطاء التصميم وخفض تكلفة الملكية الإجمالية. نبحث عن مهندس شبكات سعودي ماهر لتصميم وتنفيذ ومراقبة واستكشاف أخطاء البنية التحتية للشبكة، وضمان التوافر العالي والأمان والأداء لأنظمة الشبكة الداعمة للعمليات الحيوية بما في ذلك LAN/WAN والتوجيه والتحويل وأمن الشبكات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الفني من المستوى الأول والثاني للمستخدمين عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وأنظمة التذاكر.
- استكشاف مشكلات Windows وMicrosoft 365 والتطبيقات وأجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة والمكتبية والطابعات والملحقات وإصلاحها.
- تثبيت وتكوين وصيانة محطات العمل والبرامج.
- إدارة حسابات المستخدمين وكلمات المرور والصلاحيات باستخدام Active Directory / Entra ID.
- دعم أمن الأجهزة الطرفية، ومكافحة الفيروسات/EDR، والتشفير، وامتثال الأجهزة.
- إجراء تشخيص الأعطال وتنسيق الإصلاحات والاستبدالات.
- إنشاء وتحديث وإغلاق الحوادث وطلبات الخدمة في نظام ITSM.
- دعم عملية إلحاق الموظفين الجدد وخروجهم.
- الحفاظ على جرد أصول تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأجهزة.
- تصعيد المشكلات المعقدة إلى فرق البنية التحتية أو الشبكة أو الأمن أو التطبيقات.
- إعداد الوثائق الفنية الأساسية ومقالات قاعدة المعرفة.
- اتباع سياسات أمن المعلومات والإجراءات ومتطلبات مستوى الخدمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في دعم المستخدمين النهائيين / دعم أجهزة الكمبيوتر.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
- خبرة قوية في دعم Windows 10/11 وMicrosoft 365.
- معرفة عملية بأساسيات Active Directory وEntra ID.
- معرفة أساسية بالشبكات: TCP/IP وDNS وDHCP وVPN.
- معرفة أساسية بحلول أمن الأجهزة الطرفية/EDR.
- خبرة في أدوات ITSM مثل ServiceNow أو Jira أو BMC.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها ومهارات التواصل.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة ITIL Foundation.
- الشهادات من Microsoft تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Saudi Network Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and performance of network systems supporting critical business operations, including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/2 technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, applications, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain user workstations and software.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access using Active Directory / Entra ID.
- Support endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, encryption, and device compliance.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repairs/replacements.
- Create, update, and close incidents and service requests in the ITSM/ticketing system.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain IT asset and hardware inventory.
- Escalate complex issues to infrastructure, network, security, or application teams.
- Prepare basic technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
- Follow IT security policies, procedures, and SLA requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in End User / Desktop Support.
- Must be Saudi National.
- Solid experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 support.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID fundamentals.
- Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
- Basic knowledge of endpoint security/EDR solutions.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
