شركة الفنار تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس كميات (QS Engineer) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

مهندس الكميات مسؤول عن حصر الكميات، القياس، تقدير التكاليف، اعتماد المدفوعات، والتوثيق التجاري لمشاريع البناء. تتطلب الوظيفة دقة عالية، القدرة على قراءة المخططات، ووعياً تجارياً قوياً.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • حصر الكميات بدقة من الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات ومستندات بنود الكميات (BOQ).
  • قياس الأعمال المنفذة لطلبات الدفع المؤقتة، تقييم المقاولين من الباطن، والتقارير التجارية.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات قياس منظمة وضمان إمكانية تتبع ومراجعة الكميات.
  • دعم إعداد العطاءات، تقدير التكاليف، إدخال بيانات التسعير، والمقارنات التجارية.
  • مراجعة المستندات الفنية والتجارية لتحديد فجوات القياس، مخاطر النطاق، وافتراضات التسعير.
  • دعم إدارة العقود من خلال تحليل بنود الكميات، قياس التغييرات، وتوثيق الفواتير.
  • إعداد ومراجعة مستندات اعتماد المدفوعات ودعم إجراءات الفوترة.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الموقع، التخطيط، مراقبة التكاليف، والمالية للتحقق من كميات التقدم وحالة الدفع.
  • المساعدة في تقييم أوامر التغيير والمطالبات من منظور الكميات والقياس.
  • تطوير المهارات التقنية والناعمة الحديثة المتعلقة بالوظيفة ووضع خطة للمسار المهني.
  • أداء الأنشطة المخططة لتحقيق أهداف التشغيل والتطوير وفقاً لجداول التسليم.
  • استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف ضمن التكلفة والوقت المحددين.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية مفصلة عن الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخططة.
  • حل المشكلات ذات الصلة ورفع القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة.
  • ضمان متطلبات الجودة وتطوير رقابة فعالة على الجودة والعمليات بما في ذلك المواصفات.
  • تنسيق نظم وإجراءات وسياسات مكتوبة محددة، والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة ذات الصلة لضمان السلامة والامتثال القانوني وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المدنية.
  • خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات، أو من 2 إلى 5 سنوات.

Job Purpose

The QS Engineer is responsible for quantity take-off, measurement, cost estimation, payment certification, and commercial documentation for construction projects. The role requires accuracy, drawing interpretation capability, and strong commercial awareness

Functional Responsibilities

Quantity Take-Off & Measurement 

 

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs from engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQ documents. 

• Measure executed works for interim payment applications, subcontractor evaluations, and commercial reporting. 

• Maintain organized measurement records and ensure quantities are traceable and auditable. 

 

Tendering, Estimation & Contract Support 

• Support tender preparation, cost estimation, pricing inputs, and commercial comparisons. 

• Review technical and commercial documents to identify measurement gaps, scope risks, and pricing assumptions. 

• Support contract administration through BOQ analysis, variation measurement, and billing documentation. 

 

Billing & Payment Certification 

• Prepare and review payment certification documents and support billing procedures. 

• Coordinate with site, planning, cost control, and finance teams to validate progress quantities and payment status. 

• Assist in evaluating variation orders and claims from a quantity and measurement perspective.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
