شركة Echelon، وهي شركة تقنية سعودية سيادية، تبحث عن مهندس ذكاء اصطناعي منتشر أمامي (Forward Deployed AI Engineer) للعمل بدوام كامل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل على أصعب المشكلات وأكثرها حيوية التي تواجه المؤسسات الكبرى في المملكة، بدءًا من أول محادثة مع العميل وصولًا إلى تشغيل أول نظام في الإنتاج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التواجد في موقع العميل والعمل مع المشغلين والمديرين التنفيذيين، وإدارة كل تعامل كأنه مشروع داخلي داخل العميل.
  • تحويل المشكلات الغامضة وذات المخاطر العالية إلى خطط تقنية واضحة، وبناء ما يخلق أكبر قيمة أولاً.
  • تصميم ونشر أنظمة ذكاء اصطناعي جاهزة للإنتاج تعمل بتقنية LLMs، على بنى قابلة للتوسع.
  • وضع الأنظمة في أيدي المستخدمين، وقياس النتائج، والتكرار حتى يتحقق الأثر.
  • توجيه فرق المؤسسات في تبني الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحديد الاتجاه التقني لكل تعامل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • إتقان قوي في Python أو TypeScript، وخبرة في بناء أنظمة إنتاج موثوقة باستخدام ممارسات DevOps الحديثة.
  • خبرة عملية مع أدوات LLM الحديثة مثل LangChain و LlamaIndex و Guardrails و MCP أو أطر العوامل (agent frameworks)، وفهم قوي لتقييم أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتصحيح الأخطاء والمراقبة.
  • سنة واحدة أو أكثر من بناء ونشر تطبيقات تعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي أو عوامل ذكاء اصطناعي في الإنتاج، بما في ذلك خطوط RAG واستخدام الأدوات وسير عمل الذكاء الاصطناعي متعددة الخطوات.

AI and technology first

  • Engineering fundamentals: Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript, and experience building reliable production systems with modern DevOps practices.

The seat
