We’re Hiring: Team Leader - Maintenance at NADEC! Location: Haradh, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia

NADEC is looking for an experienced Team Leader - Maintenance to lead maintenance operations and ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our dairy manufacturing equipment and facilities.

This role is ideal for a maintenance professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within FMCG, dairy, beverage, or food manufacturing environments.

 

Job Purpose

• Planning, coordinating, and leading all maintenance activities related to dairy processing equipment, facilities, and utilities. involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards to support the production of high-quality dairy products.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Drive equipment reliability and root cause analysis initiatives to minimize downtime.
• Identify and implement maintenance improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance and contribute to continuous improvement programs.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
• Experience in maintenance leadership within dairy, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.
• Experience with maintenance planning and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
