تعلن شركة الفنار للإنشاءات (alfanar Construction)، المصنفة كمقاول من الدرجة الأولى في المملكة العربية السعودية، عن حاجتها إلى مهندس مناقصات اتصالات/تقنية معلومات (Telecom/ICT Tender Engineer) للعمل في مكتبها الرئيسي بالرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتكوين فريق عمل فعال لضمان إنجاز المهام بكفاءة.
  • تقديم القيادة والتوجيه والإرشاد للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم.
  • تفويض المهام المناسبة لكل مرؤوس وفقاً لاختصاصاته.
  • ضمان التوزيع العادل للمهام للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية وتحفيز الفريق.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفق جداول التسليم.
  • استخدام الموارد المتاحة بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف بأقل تكلفة ووقت.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية توضح الانحرافات والإنجازات في تنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
  • حل أي مشكلات تطرأ ضمن نطاق العمل ورفع القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة إلى الإدارة المختصة.
  • ضمان تطبيق متطلبات الجودة وتطوير عمليات رقابية فعالة تشمل مواصفات المنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • تنسيق أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات عمل مكتوبة ومنظمة، والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات إدارة السلامة والجودة والبيئة ضمن نطاق العمل لتحقيق السلامة والامتثال القانوني وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 5 إلى 10 سنوات.

Job Purpose

Key Accountability Areas

Management Accountability

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
