شركة الفنار لأنظمة المباني تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس تخطيط (Engineer Planning) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يهدف هذا الدور إلى دعم مشاريع التطوير العقاري واسعة النطاق من خلال إدارة الجدولة اليومية ومراقبة التقدم ودورة التقارير عبر مشاريع متعددة متزامنة. يعمل المهندس بشكل وثيق مع فرق الموقع ومديري المشاريع والمخططين من جهة العميل لضمان دقة ومصداقية وقابلية تنفيذ الجداول الزمنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وهيكلة وصيانة جداول المشروع التفصيلية في برنامج Primavera P6 تشمل أنشطة الأعمال المدنية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة والتشطيب والتجهيز والتسليم.
- بناء والتحقق من هيكل تقسيم العمل (WBS) ومنطق الأنشطة ومددها وتبعيتها ومراجعات الأساس.
- إدارة التحكم بالتغييرات لمراجعات الأساس وضمان توافق الجداول المعتمدة مع استراتيجية تنفيذ المشروع.
- جمع والتحقق وتحديث بيانات تقدم الموقع بشكل أسبوعي أو كل أسبوعين.
- إعداد منحنيات S وجداول النظرة المستقبلية ورسوم بيانية للموارد/القوى العاملة وتقارير التقدم ولوحات الإدارة.
- إجراء تحليل انحراف الجدول وتحديد تحولات المسار الحرج وأسباب التأخير والتوصية بإجراءات التعافي.
- تتبع الأداء باستخدام إدارة القيمة المكتسبة بما في ذلك مؤشر أداء الجدول (SPI) ومؤشر أداء التكلفة (CPI) واتجاهات التوقعات عند الاكتمال.
- التنسيق مع مراقبة التكاليف لدعم تكامل الجدول/التكلفة ومصدر واحد للحقيقة لحالة المشروع.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التقدم ومتابعة الإجراءات ومواءمة صيغ التقارير مع متطلبات العميل والاستشاري.
- القدرة على اكتساب المهارات التقنية والسلوكية المحدثة المتعلقة بالوظيفة.
- امتلاك رؤية وخطة للمسار الوظيفي وكيفية تحقيقه.
- أداء الأنشطة المخططة لتحقيق أهداف التشغيل والتطوير وفق جداول التسليم.
- استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف بتكلفة ووقت مناسبين.
- تقديم تقارير دورية مفصلة توضح الانحراف وتنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
- حل أي مشاكل ذات صلة وتصعيد القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة.
- ضمان متطلبات الجودة لتطوير عمليات رقابة جودة فعالة تشمل المواصفات للمنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
- تنسيق أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات مكتوبة محددة والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
- الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة وتعليمات العمل.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة ذات الصلة ضمن نطاق النشاط المحدد لضمان السلامة والامتثال التشريعي وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية
- خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات

Job Purpose
The Planning Engineer supports large-scale real estate development projects by owning the day-to-day scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting cycle across multiple concurrent projects. The role works closely with site teams, project managers, and client-side planners to ensure schedules remain accurate, credible, and actionable
Functional Responsibilities
Schedule Development & Baseline Management
• Develop, structure, and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 covering civil, MEP, finishing, mobilization, and handover activities.
• Build and validate the Work Breakdown Structure, activity logic, durations, dependencies, and baseline revisions.
• Manage change control for baseline revisions and ensure approved schedules remain aligned with project execution strategy.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
• Collect, verify, and update site progress data on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Prepare S-curves, look-ahead schedules, manpower/resource histograms, progress reports, and management dashboards.
• Perform schedule variance analysis, identify critical path shifts and delay causes, and recommend recovery actions.
Earned Value & Coordination
• Track performance using Earned Value Management including SPI, CPI, and forecast-at-completion trends.
• Coordinate with cost control to support cost/schedule integration and a single source of truth for project status.
• Participate in progress meetings, follow up on actions, and align reporting formats with client and consultant requirements.
