نينجا 🥷🏽 تبحث عن مشرف مراقبة مخزون (Stock Control Supervisor) ذي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق عمليات المستودع في مكة جدة، السعودية. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن الحفاظ على دقة المخزون والإشراف على أنشطة مراقبة المخزون وقيادة الجرد الدوري وحل اختلافات المخزون لدعم عمليات مركز التوزيع بكفاءة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على فريق مراقبة المخزون والأنشطة اليومية للمخزون
- إجراء الجرد الدوري، والجرد الكامل، والتدقيق، وتسوية المخزون
- التحقيق في اختلافات المخزون وضمان الحل في الوقت المناسب
- مراقبة عمليات الاستلام، والتخزين، والانتقاء، والنقل، والتسويات، والتوزيع
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمخزون في أنظمة WMS/ERP
- التنسيق مع فرق الاستلام والانتقاء والشحن والجودة والمشتريات والمستودع
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون والمساعدة في منع النقص والتكدس
- تنفيذ وتطبيق إجراءات مراقبة المخزون وأفضل الممارسات
- تطبيق مبادئ FIFO ومراقبة تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية، والتقادم، والبطيء الحركة، والمخزون المتقادم
- ضمان وضع العلامات الصحيحة للحاويات وتنظيم مواقع التخزين بشكل منطقي
- تحسين تخطيطات التخزين وتدفق المخزون والكفاءة التشغيلية
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمخزون، بما في ذلك دقة المخزون والتباينات وإكمال الجرد
- إعداد تقارير المخزون اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية
- دعم التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي من خلال توفير التقارير والوثائق المطلوبة
- تدريب وتوجيه وتقييم موظفي مراقبة المخزون
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة وإجراءات المستودع
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو اللوجستيات أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مراقبة المخزون أو إدارة المخزون أو الإشراف على المستودع
- خبرة سابقة في الإشراف على فريق مخزون أو مستودع
- معرفة قوية بالجرد الدوري وتدقيق المخزون والتسوية ودقة المخزون
- خبرة عملية في استخدام أنظمة WMS و/أو ERP
- فهم جيد لعمليات المستودع وFIFO وإعادة التخزين والتنبؤ بالمخزون
- مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات وإعداد التقارير
- القدرة على التحقيق في الاختلافات وتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق وإدارة الفريق
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel يفضل
- الشهادات ذات الصلة في المخزون أو المستودع أو سلسلة التوريد تعتبر ميزة إضافية

We are looking for an experienced Stock Control Supervisor to join our Warehouse Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising stock control activities, leading cycle counts, and resolving stock discrepancies to support efficient distribution center operations.

- Supervise the stock control team and daily inventory activities
- Conduct cycle counts, full inventory counts, audits, and stock reconciliations
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor receiving, stocking, picking, transfers, adjustments, and distribution transactions
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems
- Coordinate with Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Quality, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams
- Monitor stock levels and help prevent shortages and overstocking
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices
- Apply FIFO principles and monitor expiry dates, aging, slow-moving, and obsolete stock
- Ensure bins are correctly labeled and storage locations are logically organized
- Improve storage layouts, stock flow, and operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory KPIs, including stock accuracy, variances, and count completion
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Support internal and external audits by providing the required reports and documentation
- Train, guide, and evaluate inventory control employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse supervision
- Previous experience supervising an inventory or warehouse team
- Strong knowledge of cycle counting, stock audits, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy
- Hands-on experience using WMS and/or ERP systems
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, FIFO, stock replenishment, and inventory forecasting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Ability to investigate discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred
- Relevant inventory, warehouse, or supply chain certifications are an advantage
