نبذة عن الوظيفة

توفر حلول التكنولوجيا المستدامة STS من KBR حلولاً شاملة وذات قيمة مضافة عبر دورة حياة الأصول بالكامل، وتشمل عمليات تكنولوجية مرخصة عالمياً، وخدمات استشارية متمايزة، وخبرة فنية عميقة، وحلول انتقال الطاقة، وقدرات تصميم عالية الجودة، وحلول ذكية لتحسين الأصول المخططة والقائمة. تبحث KBR عن مهندس موثوقية لتنسيق وتنفيذ المسؤوليات المتعلقة بحوكمة وإنشاء إطار برنامج الموثوقية الشاملة طوال دورة حياة الأصول المتبقية في المصفاة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد إطار عمل ومنهجية لتقييم الأهمية وبرنامج تحسين الموثوقية لأصول المصفاة.
  • قيادة وإجراء تحليل أهمية الأصول لجميع أصول المصفاة.
  • جمع جميع بيانات تقييم الأهمية، وقيادة/إجراء ورش عمل تقييم أهمية الأصول، وتجميع نتائج الورش في تقارير مناسبة، وإدخال البيانات بالصيغة المطلوبة لرفعها في نظام SAP مع المستندات الداعمة.
  • الريادة في تنفيذ منهجيات الموثوقية المختلفة لجميع أنواع الأصول من خلال إنشاء برامج موثوقية لاستدامة التميز التشغيلي.
  • قيادة الفريق كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للمراجعات والمسائل الفنية المتعلقة بتطوير ثقافة الموثوقية في المشاريع والمنشآت التشغيلية مع التوجيه لحماية موثوقية الأصول طوال دورة حياتها.
  • إدارة وإجراء إجراءات إدارة دورة حياة الأصول مثل تصنيف أهمية الأصول، وتصنيف SAP، وحدود التشغيل، وإجراءات تطوير الصيانة، وتطوير البيانات الرئيسية في SAP، وقوائم المواد في SAP، وتنفيذ PMs في SAP وفعاليتها.
  • بدء وإجراء الدراسات الأساسية لتحسين المرافق والأصول التشغيلية، مع تقديم خدمات فنية متخصصة في التخصصات الهندسية ذات الصلة، والعمل كمستشار في المشكلات والتصاميم والمشاريع الهندسية المعقدة، والتنسيق مع فرق المصنع.
  • المسؤولية عن تكييف الدروس المستفادة من المقارنات المرجعية وسلامة الحالات المحددة من الأحداث، وتقديم التوصيات - بالتشاور مع الإدارة - لتوفير منهجية ضمان مستمرة لتطبيق صحة المعدات الحرجة للسلامة فيما يتعلق ببرنامج الموثوقية الشاملة بما يكفي لتخفيف أي تهديدات محتملة ناشئة عن تغييرات في سيناريوهات المخاطر الكبرى.
  • العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات مكلفة بتحليل سلامة وأداء محددين، واقتراح طرق لمنع الأعطال المزمنة. دعم مراجعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لبرنامج الموثوقية الشاملة.
  • تقديم التقارير إلى مدير المشروع وقيادة قسم الموثوقية لتقديم النتائج الدورية وتقارير أسبوعية/نصف شهرية عن تقدم المشروع.
  • العمل عن كثب مع فريق تنفيذ المشروع لضمان الإلمام الكامل والالتزام ببرنامج تحويل الموثوقية، والذي سيكون عاملاً رئيسياً لنجاح مشروع تحويل الموثوقية هذا.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة مع أساس سليم ومهارات فنية قوية في تخصصه.
  • خلفية في موثوقية الموقع العملي ومعرفة قوية بعمليات المصفاة.
  • تدريب في منهجية تحليل السبب الجذري للأعطال مثل Apollo RCA أو منهجية مماثلة، والقدرة على تسهيل عمليات RCA وACA.
  • معرفة أنظمة SIS و RBI ستعطى أفضلية إضافية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة النفط / الغاز / البتروكيماويات. خبرة في المعدات الثابتة والدوارة والنظم الكهربائية والأجهزة وفهم أنماط أعطالها والحلول المحتملة مرغوب فيها.
  • خبرة في عمليات التشغيل والصيانة وما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل والتسليم تعتبر ميزة.
  • الإلمام الجيد بجميع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المتعلقة بموثوقية تشغيل المصنع والقدرة على دعم وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء تلك.
  • خبرة في إدارة إجراءات دورة حياة الأصول مثل تصنيف أهمية الأصول، وتصنيف SAP، وحدود التشغيل، وإجراءات تطوير الصيانة، وتطوير البيانات الرئيسية في SAP، وقوائم المواد في SAP، وتنفيذ PMs في SAP وفعاليتها.
  • قيادة وإدارة فريق.
  • معرفة بصناعة النفط والغاز.
  • خبرة في عمليات إدارة دورة حياة الأصول.
  • تنفيذ سياسات الصيانة التنبؤية وزيادة توفر الأصول.
  • مهارات التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئة متنوعة وحرجة.

KBR is looking for Reliability Engineer - To coordinate and execute responsibilities relating to governing and establishing the Total reliability program Framework throughout the remaining asset lifecycle in Refinery.

Responsibilities

  • To prepare framework and methodology for criticality assessment and Reliability improvement program of refinery assets.
  • To lead and Perform Asset Criticality Analysis for all the refinery assets
  • To collect all data for criticality assessment, Lead/conduct Asset Criticality assessment workshops, Compilation of workshop finding in suitable reports and populate the data in required format for uploading in SAP with supporting documents.
  • Champion the implementation of various reliability methodologies for all asset types by establishing reliability programs to sustain operational excellence.
  • Shall lead the team as the focal point of contact for reviews and technical matters related to reliability culture development in projects and operating facilities with guidance to safeguard the asset reliability throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Shall administer and perform the Asset Lifecycle management procedures such as Asset criticality ranking, SAP Taxonomy, Asset Operating Limits [IOW], Asset maintenance development procedures, and Master data developments in SAP, Bill of Materials BOM in SAP, active SAP-PMs Implementation and effectiveness.
  • Shall initiate and conduct essential studies for facilities and operational asset improvements, while providing specialized technical service in relevant engineering disciplines, acts as a consultant on complex engineering problems, designs, and/or projects, coordinates with plant-wide teams.
  • Responsible to adapt lessons learned from benchmark and safety cases identified from events, providing recommendations - in consultation with management to provide continuous assurance methodology is applied to sustain the health of Safety-Critical Equipment’s concerning Total Reliability program are sufficient to mitigate any potential threats arising from changes in major hazard scenarios.
  • Shall Work with multidisciplinary teams assigned to analyse specific integrity and performance analysis, and suggest methods for the prevention of chronic failures. Support to review the Total Reliability program KPIs.
  • Shall report to Project Manager and lead the Reliability section to deliver the periodic outcomes and weekly/fortnightly report on project progress.
  • Work closely with the project execution team to ensure his complete familiarization and commitment with the Reliability Transformation Program, which will be a key factor for the success of this Reliability Transformation Project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering with sound fundamentals and technical skills in his discipline is required.
  • The candidate shall have site Reliability background and strong knowledge in Refinery Processes.
  • The candidate shall have training in root cause failure analysis methodology e.g. Apollo Root Cause Analysis by Reality Charting or similar methodology, also should be able to facilitate RCA and ACA process.
  • Knowledge of SIS and RBI will be added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years’ of relevant Experience in Oil / Gas / petrochemical industry. Experience in static and Rotating equipment, instrument and electrical system and understanding their failure modes and potential solutions is desirable.
  • Experience with operations, maintenance, pre-commissioning, commissioning and Hand-over activities is an advantage.
  • Shall be well aware of all the key performance indicators related to reliability of plant operation and be able to support and drive those KPI’s.
  • Experience in administering the Asset Lifecycle management procedures such as Asset criticality ranking, SAP Taxonomy, Asset Operating Limits [IOW], Asset maintenance development procedures, and Master data developments in SAP, Bill of Materials BOM in SAP, active SAP-PMs Implementation and effectiveness.
