شركة KBR، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في تقديم حلول التكنولوجيا المستدامة، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة "فني كهرباء I" في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة والإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية لصيانة أجهزة القياس والتحكم (Instrument) التي يقوم بها الفنيون في جميع أنظمة ومعدات ومرافق المصنع ضمن نطاق المسؤولية المحدد.
  • ضمان امتثال الفنيين وتطبيق إجراءات السلامة والجودة الخاصة بـ SATORP أثناء تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة.
  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة للتأكد من التنفيذ السليم للأعمال والتحقق من أنشطة الفنيين المشاركين في أعمال الصيانة الروتينية.
  • قيادة الفنيين المكلفين بمنطقته.
  • تلقي توجيهات العمل من مشرف الأجهزة (Instrument Foreman) فيما يتعلق بأوامر/طلبات صيانة أنظمة الأجهزة وترجمة هذه التوجيهات إلى إجراءات.
  • متابعة تقدم أعمال صيانة الأجهزة وتقديم تقارير دورية عن التقدم المحرز إلى مشرف الأجهزة مع التوصيات، وتسجيل الأعمال اليومية مقابل برامج الصيانة المخطط لها وإعداد تقارير إنجاز العمل عند الاقتضاء.
  • العمل عن كثب مع مشرف الأجهزة في التوصية وتنفيذ التغييرات التي تهدف إلى تحسين توفر وموثوقية أنظمة الأجهزة ضمن نطاق المسؤولية.
  • المساعدة في تنفيذ التعديلات والتحسينات الهندسية على معدات الأجهزة من خلال تقديم توصيات لزيادة ملاءمة وقابلية خدمة أنظمة الأجهزة.
  • فرض السياسات والإجراءات واللوائح وضمان مراعاة جميع تدابير السلامة والاحتياطات بدقة أثناء تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة في الموقع.
  • ضمان أن الأفراد لديهم المهارات والتدريب وجميع الموارد والمعدات والأدوات اللازمة لتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الروتينية بطريقة آمنة وفعالة وفقاً لشروط العقد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • حد أدنى 6 سنوات خبرة في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز (لحملة شهادة الثانوية العامة).
  • حد أدنى 4 سنوات خبرة في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز (لحملة الدبلوم).
  • الحصول على شهادة سارية الصلاحية صادرة عن جهة اعتماد خارجية معترف بها أو معهد سعودي معتمد تثبت مؤهلات الفرد وكفاءته لأداء الأعمال.
  • فهم تقني قوي لإدارة الصيانة في منشآت النفط والغاز.
  • مهارات تنظيمية واستباقية ممتازة مع قدرات اتصال ممتازة.
  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة في العمل مع المؤسسات الكبيرة.
  • نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات إدارة استراتيجية.
  • القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
  • المرونة للسفر دولياً والإقامة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • عقلية وسلوك سلامة استباقي.
  • معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة الأجهزة (Instrument systems).
  • معرفة جيدة بتصميم وتركيب وصيانة معدات الأجهزة.
  • معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهروهيدروليكية.
  • معرفة جيدة بمبادئ الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية وإجراءات العمل.
  • معرفة قوية بالمعايير والإجراءات واللوائح لتطوير الأنشطة مع مراعاة الحفاظ على الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق المواعيد النهائية الضيقة.

Responsibilities

  • To lead, supervise and coordinate the day to-day activities of Instrument maintenance activities develop by technician on all Instrument systems plant, equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility. He is the Focal point for daily Instrument maintenance execution plan
  • Ensure that technician complies and applied SATORP's Safety and Quality procedures, during the execution of Instrument maintenance activities.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to ensure proper execution of work and check on the activity’s technicians engaged in routine maintenance activities.
  • Lead and Technicians assigned to his area.
  • Receive work directions from the Instrument foreman in relation to
  • Instrument systems maintenance orders/requests and ensure translating these directions into actions.
  • Follow-up on Instrument maintenance work progress and submit regular progress reports to the Instrument foreman with recommendations. Keep a record of daily maintenance works against planned maintenance programs and prepare work completion reports, where applicable.
  • Work closely with Instrument foreman in recommending and implementing changes aimed at improving the availability and reliability of
  • Instrument/instrument systems within the designated area of responsibility.
  • Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements to Instrument equipment by making recommendations to increase the suitability and serviceability of Instrument systems.
  • Enforce policies, procedures and regulations and ensure that all safety measures and precautions are strictly considered and taken care of during conducting onsite maintenance works.
  • Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Instrument systems.
  • Good knowledge in Instrument equipment design, installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Mechanical and electro hydraulic systems
  • Good knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles and working procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of standards, procedures and regulation to develop activities taking care of Health, Safety and Environmental preservation
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Ability to perform work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Synergic and Capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Good commands oral and written English.
  • Ensure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources, equipment’s and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in safe and effectively manner, according to the contract terms and conditions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
  • Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic management skills
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA
