المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة مواقع ويب وصفحات هبوط متجاوبة وسهلة الاستخدام لعملاء الرعاية الصحية والطبية.
- تحويل تصاميم UI/UX إلى كود أمامي نظيف وقابل للتطوير وقابل لإعادة الاستخدام.
- المساهمة في إنشاء أصول تسويق رقمية تعزز أداء الحملات وتفاعل المستخدمين.
- العمل عن كثب مع المصممين والمسوقين ومديري المشاريع لضمان تنفيذ دقيق للتصاميم والوظائف.
- المساعدة في تحسينات الواجهة الأمامية لدعم تحسين محركات البحث (SEO) وتحسين معدل التحويل (CRO) وأداء الموقع.
- تحسين المواقع من حيث السرعة وإمكانية الوصول والتوافق عبر المتصفحات.
- ضمان تجارب سلسة عبر أجهزة الكمبيوتر المكتبي والأجهزة اللوحية والجوال.
- اتباع معايير الويب الحديثة وأفضل ممارسات سهولة الاستخدام.
- دعم صيانة وتحسين المواقع المبنية على منصات مثل WordPress.
- تنفيذ تحديثات المحتوى وقوالب الصفحات وتعديلات التخطيط حسب الحاجة.
- تحديد وإصلاح الأخطاء والمشكلات في الواجهة الأمامية.
- اختبار المواقع والميزات عبر المتصفحات والأجهزة لضمان أداء متسق.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث تقنيات وأدوات الواجهة الأمامية وأفضل الممارسات.
- المشاركة في مراجعات الكود وجلسات تبادل المعرفة وفرص الإرشاد.
- تطوير المهارات التقنية باستمرار والمساهمة في تحسين العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 0-2 سنوات خبرة في تطوير الواجهات الأمامية (بما في ذلك التدريب أو المشاريع الحرة أو الأكاديمية أو الشخصية).
- الخبرة في المساهمة في مواقع ويب أو تطبيقات ويب حية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو تطوير الويب أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- فهم قوي لـ HTML5 و CSS3 و JavaScript.
- الإلمام بالتصميم المتجاوب والتطوير القائم على الهاتف المحمول أولاً (mobile-first).
- الإلمام بأطر عمل أو مكتبات الواجهة الأمامية الحديثة مثل React أو Vue يعتبر ميزة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة مع WordPress أو منصات CMS أخرى.
- فهم أساسي لممارسات التطوير الملائمة لتحسين محركات البحث (SEO).
- الإلمام بـ Git وسير عمل التحكم في الإصدارات.
- خبرة في العمل مع أدوات التعاون في التصميم مثل Figma أو Adobe XD.
- فهم معايير تحسين أداء الموقع والتوافق مع المتصفحات.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ والعربية مرغوبة بشدة.

Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages for healthcare and medical clients.
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and reusable front-end code.

Experience

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Exposure to modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue is an advantage.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
