تعلن شركة PulseMediaNL، وكالة التسويق الرقمي سريعة النمو المتخصصة في الحلول المبتكرة لقطاع الرعاية الصحية والطبية والعافية، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى "Junior Front-End Developer" للعمل عن بُعد، على أن يكون مقر المرشح في المنطقة الشرقية (الدمام) بالمملكة العربية السعودية. هذه الفرصة مثالية لمطور طموح يتطلع إلى بناء تجارب ويب حديثة والتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات في بيئة ديناميكية تركز على الصحة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة مواقع ويب وصفحات هبوط متجاوبة وسهلة الاستخدام لعملاء قطاع الرعاية الصحية.
- تحويل تصاميم UI/UX إلى كود أمامي (Front-End) نظيف وقابل للتطوير وإعادة الاستخدام.
- المساهمة في إنشاء أصول تسويق رقمي تعزز أداء الحملات ومشاركة المستخدمين.
- العمل الوثيق مع المصممين والمسوقين ومديري المشاريع لضمان التنفيذ الدقيق للتصاميم والوظائف.
- دعم تحسينات الواجهة الأمامية التي تساهم في تحسين محركات البحث (SEO) ومعدل التحويل (CRO) وأداء الموقع.
- تحسين سرعة المواقع وإمكانية الوصول والتوافق عبر المتصفحات.
- ضمان تجربة سلسة عبر أجهزة سطح المكتب والأجهزة اللوحية والهواتف المحمولة.
- اتباع معايير الويب الحديثة وأفضل ممارسات سهولة الاستخدام.
- صيانة وتحسين المواقع المبنية على منصات مثل WordPress، وتنفيذ تحديثات المحتوى والقوالب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 0-2 سنوات في تطوير الواجهات الأمامية (بما في ذلك التدريب، المشاريع المستقلة، الأكاديمية أو الشخصية).
- خبرة سابقة في المساهمة بمواقع ويب أو تطبيقات ويب حية (ميزة إضافية).
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تطوير الويب أو مجال ذي صلة، أو ما يعادلها من خبرة عملية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لـ HTML5 و CSS3 و JavaScript.
- إلمام بتصميم Responsive وتطوير Mobile-First.
- معرفة بأطر العمل الحديثة مثل React أو Vue (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة مع WordPress أو أنظمة إدارة المحتوى الأخرى (مفضلة).
- فهم أساسي لممارسات التطوير الملائمة لمحركات البحث (SEO).
- إلمام بـ Git وسير عمل التحكم بالإصدارات.
- خبرة مع أدوات تصميم تعاونية مثل Figma أو Adobe XD.
- فهم معايير تحسين أداء الموقع والتوافق مع المتصفحات.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون فعالة في بيئة العمل عن بُعد.

Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages for healthcare and medical clients.
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and reusable front-end code.

Experience
- 0-2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance projects, academic work, or personal projects.
- Experience contributing to live websites or web applications is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Exposure to modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue is an advantage.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Experience working with design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of website performance optimization and browser compatibility standards.
