المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنشاء وتطوير وظيفة شراكة الأعمال داخل الشركة التابعة، بدءًا من تحليل النشاط الحالي وبناء رؤى الأداء مقابل الميزانيات وخطط الأعمال.
- قيادة عمليات إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات والتخطيط طويل المدى بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة.
- تقديم تقارير مالية دورية للقيادة التنفيذية في إدارتي التنقل والعمليات، ودعم متطلبات التقارير المجمعة.
- تطوير وصيانة النماذج المالية، ولوحات المعلومات، ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لتتبع أداء الأعمال.
- تقديم تحليلات التباين، وتخطيط السيناريوهات، والرؤى المالية لدعم القرارات التشغيلية والاستراتيجية.
- العمل مع الفرق التشغيلية والتجارية لتحسين كفاءة التكاليف والإنتاجية والربحية.
- الشراكة مع فريق المحاسبة لمواءمة تقارير الإدارة مع الحسابات النظامية.
- دعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية بما في ذلك التوسع في الأعمال، وتحويل التكاليف، وتحليل الاستثمارات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، الاقتصاد، أو مجال ذي صلة (الماجستير أو MBA ميزة إضافية).
- مؤهل محاسبة مهني مطلوب: CA، CPA، ACCA، CIMA، SOCPA، أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة مالية تصاعدية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي.
- يفضل وجود خلفية في القطاعات التشغيلية المكثفة أو الصناعية.
- خبرة مثبتة في ملكية الميزانية، مراقبة التكاليف، وشراكة الأعمال.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة المثبتة على ترجمة البيانات المالية المعقدة إلى رؤى أعمال واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ.
- مهارات متقدمة في Excel تشمل النمذجة المالية؛ خبرة في Power BI وPower Queries ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان أدوات ERP والتخطيط مثل SAP، Oracle، Hyperion، أو Anaplan.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، التواصل، والعرض التقديمي عبر مستويات متعددة من الإدارة.

- Establish and develop the business partnering function within the subsidiary, starting from analysis of current activity and building performance insight against budgets and business cases.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes in line with company objectives.

- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance.

- Partner with the Accounting team to align management reporting with statutory accounts.
- Support strategic initiatives including business expansion, cost transformation, and investment analysis.
- Conduct periodic internal audits and support external audit processes.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, building skills and performance over time.
- Collaborate with procurement, HR, and operations to ensure financial alignment with organisational objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices within the finance function.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Professional accounting qualification required: CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, SOCPA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Background in operationally intensive or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in budget ownership, cost control, and business partnering.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling; experience with Power BI and Power Queries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP and planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or Anaplan.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across multiple levels of management.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and building a function from an early stage.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of broader objectives.
