مدير موارد بشرية لأحد الجهات العامة في الرياض، عبر منصة MENA Careers، يتولى قيادة جميع عمليات الموارد البشرية وإدارة الفريق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة جميع عمليات الموارد البشرية وفريق الموارد البشرية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات واستراتيجيات الموارد البشرية.
- إدارة تخطيط القوى العاملة والتوظيف والاستقبال والاحتفاظ بالموظفين.
- الإشراف على الرواتب والتعويضات والمزايا والحضور والإجازات وسجلات الموظفين.
- إدارة دورات تقييم الأداء ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وبرامج التدريب وتطوير الموظفين.
- معالجة شؤون علاقات الموظفين بما في ذلك الإجراءات التأديبية والتظلمات والتحقيقات.
- ضمان الامتثال لقانون العمل السعودي واللوائح ذات الصلة.
- الإشراف على منصات الحكومة الإلكترونية للموارد البشرية مثل Qiwa وGOSI وMudad وMuqeem وغيرها.
- مراقبة متطلبات السعودة والامتثال للقوى العاملة.
- تطوير الهياكل التنظيمية والوصف الوظيفي وأطر التصنيف وهياكل الرواتب.
- إعداد تقارير الموارد البشرية ولوحات المعلومات والميزانيات وتحليلات القوى العاملة للإدارة.
- دعم التطوير التنظيمي وتخطيط التعاقب ومبادرات مشاركة الموظفين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سبع سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية أو النقل أو التخليص الجمركي أو التخزين أو أي صناعة تشغيلية مماثلة.
- معرفة قوية بقانون العمل السعودي ومنصات الحكومة الإلكترونية للموارد البشرية.
- خبرة مثبتة عبر عمليات الموارد البشرية والتوظيف والرواتب وإدارة الأداء وعلاقات الموظفين.

The HR Manager leads all HR functions and manages the HR team. The position reports at a senior level and carries responsibility for both operational HR delivery and strategic workforce planning across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR operations and the HR team.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HR strategies.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
- Oversee payroll, compensation and benefits, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles, KPIs, training programmes, and employee development.
- Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary processes, grievances, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations.
- Oversee government HR platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant systems.
- Monitor Saudization requirements and workforce compliance.
- Develop organisational structures, job descriptions, grading frameworks, and salary structures.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, budgets, and workforce analytics for management.
- Support organisational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum seven years of HR experience.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, or a comparable operational industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
- Demonstrated experience across HR operations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
