المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق من المهندسين وإرشادهم ودعمهم مع إنشاء ممارسات هندسية قوية ومعايير ترميز وثقافة تحسين مستمر.
- التعاون مع فرق المنتج والواجهة الأمامية والعمليات وغيرها لتحديد وتقديم حلول تقنية قابلة للتوسع تتماشى مع أهداف العمل.
- تصميم وتطوير وصيانة خدمات خلفية عالية الأداء وواجهات برمجية باستخدام TypeScript وNode.js وأطر العمل الخلفية الحديثة.
- تصميم أنظمة ذات توفر عالٍ وأداء قوي وأمان وقابلية للتوسع ونشر بدون توقف.
- قيادة التوجه التقني الخلفي وقرارات خريطة التطوير، مع الموازنة بين متطلبات التسليم الفوري وقابلية الصيانة والتوسع على المدى الطويل.
- تعزيز موثوقية النظام عبر اختبار فعال ومراقبة وتسجيل ورصد وإدارة الحوادث وتحسين الأداء.
- استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة والتقنيات الناشئة لتحسين إنتاجية المطورين وسير العمل الهندسي وتجارب المستخدمين.
- تقييم وإدخال تقنيات جديدة حيث يمكنها تحسين المنصة أو عملية التطوير أو المنتج بشكل ملحوظ.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- 6+ سنوات من الخبرة في تطوير الخلفية، بما في ذلك 4 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي تقني أو مهندس رئيسي.
- إتقان قوي لـ TypeScript وNode.js وأطر العمل الخلفية مثل NestJS أو Express.js.

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers while establishing strong engineering practices, coding standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.

- 6+ years of backend development experience, including at least 4 years in a technical leadership or lead engineering role.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and backend frameworks such as NestJS or Express.js.
- Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, along with containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and asynchronous processing; experience with technologies such as Apache Kafka is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools and workflows into software development to improve speed, efficiency, and quality.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, establishing technical standards, and setting engineering direction.
- Good understanding of frontend concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with frontend engineers.
- Strong knowledge of software security, testing strategies, observability, reliability, and performance optimization.
