شركة Sanofi تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Medical Science Liaison - Immunology (Respiratory & GI) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستكون الجسر الحيوي بين العلوم المتطورة والممارسة السريرية، وبناء علاقات موثوقة مع الخبراء العلميين، ودعم مبادرات الأبحاث السريرية، وجلب الرؤى الطبية الواقعية إلى فرق العلامات التجارية للمساعدة في تشكيل علاجات رائدة للمرضى الذين يعانون من تحديات مناعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات علمية متوازنة مع الخبراء الخارجيين الرئيسيين لتعميق فهم احتياجات البحث والفرص في مجال علم المناعة (الجهاز التنفسي والجهاز الهضمي).
- تطوير فهم واضح للنظام الصحي من خلال رسم خرائط لأصحاب المصلحة وتحديد المراحل الرئيسية في رحلة المريض.
- تقديم معلومات علمية دقيقة ومتوازنة وفي الوقت المناسب لمتخصصي الرعاية الصحية وصناع القرار حول محفظة علم المناعة.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الشؤون الطبية والسريرية لتنسيق المشاريع السريرية للمرحلة الرابعة، وتسهيل تقديم الدراسات التي يقودها الباحثون، ودعم المنشورات، والمساعدة في اختيار المواقع.
- العمل كخبير للمنتج لدعم الفرق التجارية خلال جلسات التدريب، وخاصة في التعامل مع الاعتراضات الطبية.
- العمل كمصدر رئيسي للرؤى الطبية الواقعية والتغذية الراجعة من الخبراء العلميين في الميدان إلى فرق العلامات التجارية.
- تمثيل Sanofi في المؤتمرات الطبية والعلمية الرئيسية من خلال تشغيل أكشاك المعلومات الطبية، وجمع المعلومات الاستخباراتية التنافسية، ومراقبة المتحدثين المدعومين.
- استلام وتوثيق والإبلاغ عن الأحداث السلبية وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة وضمان تنفيذ ومراقبة خطة إدارة المخاطر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المؤهل التعليمي: درجة جامعية في علوم الحياة مطلوبة؛ يفضل بشدة درجة MD أو PhD أو PharmD.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الرعاية التخصصية و/أو علم المناعة/أمراض الجهاز الهضمي تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- المهارات التقنية: معرفة قوية بمنهجية البحث السريري والممارسة السريرية الجيدة (GCP).
- مهارات التواصل: القدرة على التواصل الفعال على مختلف مستويات الإدارة، بما في ذلك مع الخبراء العلميين الخارجيين.
- المهارات الشخصية: لاعب فريق يتمتع بالدافعية الذاتية، ولديه فطنة تجارية وقدرات تخطيط الموارد، وقادر على الإلهام والتحفيز.

Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain balanced scientific relationships with key external experts to deepen understanding of customer research needs and opportunities in Immunology (Respiratory & GI).
- Develop a clear understanding of the healthcare ecosystem through stakeholder mapping and identifying key milestones in patient journeys.
- Provide healthcare professionals and decision-makers with accurate, balanced, and timely scientific information about our Immunology portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and clinical teams to coordinate Phase IV clinical projects, facilitate investigator-sponsored study submissions, support publications, and assist in site selection.
- Act as a product expert supporting commercial teams during training sessions, particularly in handling medical objections.
- Serve as the primary source of real-world medical insights and scientific expert feedback from the field to brand teams.
- Represent Sanofi at key medical and scientific conferences by staffing medical information booths, gathering competitive intelligence, and observing sponsored speakers.
- Receive, document, and report adverse events according to company procedures and ensure risk management plan implementation and monitoring.
- Education: University degree in life sciences required; MD, PhD, or PharmD strongly preferred
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in specialty care and/or Immunology/Gastroenterology is a plus
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of clinical research methodology and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively at various management levels, including with scientific external experts
- Soft skills: Self-motivated team player with business acumen, resource planning abilities, and the capacity to inspire and motivate others
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic
