تعلن PulseMediaNL، وكالة تسويق رقمي متخصصة في حلول مبتكرة لقطاع الرعاية الصحية والطب والعافية، عن فرصة عمل لمطور واجهات أمامية مبتدئ (Junior Front-End Developer) للعمل عن بُعد من السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة مواقع ويب وصفحات هبوط سريعة الاستجابة وسهلة الاستخدام لعملاء الرعاية الصحية والطبية.
- تحويل تصاميم UI/UX إلى كود أمامي نظيف وقابل للتطوير وقابل لإعادة الاستخدام.
- دعم إنشاء أصول تسويقية رقمية تعزز أداء الحملات وتفاعل المستخدمين.
- العمل عن كثب مع المصممين والمسوقين ومديري المشاريع لضمان تنفيذ دقيق للتصاميم والوظائف.
- المساهمة في تحسينات أمامية تدعم تحسين محركات البحث (SEO) وتحسين معدل التحويل (CRO) وأداء الموقع.
- تحسين سرعة المواقع وإمكانية الوصول والتوافق مع المتصفحات المختلفة.
- ضمان تجربة سلسة عبر أجهزة الكمبيوتر واللوحية والجوال.
- اتباع معايير الويب الحديثة وأفضل ممارسات سهولة الاستخدام.
- دعم صيانة وتحسين مواقع مبنية على أنظمة إدارة المحتوى مثل WordPress.
- تنفيذ تحديثات المحتوى وقوالب الصفحات وتعديلات التخطيط حسب الحاجة.
- تحديد وإصلاح أخطاء الواجهة الأمامية ومشاكل الواجهة.
- اختبار المواقع والميزات عبر المتصفحات والأجهزة لضمان أداء متسق.
- مواكبة التقنيات والأدوات وأفضل الممارسات الناشئة في الواجهات الأمامية.
- المشاركة في مراجعات الكود وجلسات تبادل المعرفة وفرص الإرشاد.
- تطوير المهارات التقنية باستمرار والمساهمة في تحسين العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في تطوير الواجهات الأمامية، تشمل التدريب الداخلي أو المشاريع الحرة أو الأكاديمية أو الشخصية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المساهمة بمواقع ويب أو تطبيقات ويب حية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تطوير الويب، أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي للغات HTML5 وCSS3 وJavaScript.
- الإلمام بتصميم الاستجابة (Responsive Design) والتطوير القائم على الجوال أولاً (Mobile-First Development).
- خبرة سابقة في استخدام أطر عمل مكتبات واجهة أمامية حديثة مثل React أو Vue (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في WordPress أو أنظمة إدارة محتوى أخرى (يفضل).
- فهم أساسي لممارسات التطوير المتوافقة مع تحسين محركات البحث (SEO).
- الإلمام باستخدام Git وسير عمل التحكم في الإصدارات.
- خبرة في أدوات التعاون التصميمي مثل Figma أو Adobe XD.
- فهم معايير تحسين أداء الموقع وتوافق المتصفحات.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون فعالة في بيئة العمل عن بُعد.
- موقف إيجابي تجاه التغذية الراجعة والتعلم المستمر.
- القدرة على إدارة الأولويات والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية بشكل مستقل.
- خبرة في Tailwind CSS أو Bootstrap أو أطر CSS مشابهة (يفضل).
- فهم معايير إمكانية الوصول على الويب (WCAG) (يفضل).
- خبرة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية أو الطبي أو الصناعات المنظمة (يفضل).
- الإلمام بأدوات بناء JavaScript وسير العمل الحديثة (يفضل).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوب). معرفة اللغة العربية (مفضل جداً).

Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages for healthcare and medical clients.
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and reusable front-end code.
- Support the creation of digital marketing assets that enhance campaign performance and user engagement.
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and functionality.

Experience
- 0-2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance projects, academic work, or personal projects.
- Experience contributing to live websites or web applications is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Exposure to modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue is an advantage.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Experience working with design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of website performance optimization and browser compatibility standards.
