تعلن كريستيان ديور كوتور (Christian Dior Couture) عن توفر وظيفة مدير قسم المجوهرات الفاخرة والساعات (Department Manager- FJ & Watches) في مدينة الرياض، وتستهدف المواطنين السعوديين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عمليات قسم المجوهرات الفاخرة في البوتيك.
- متابعة مدراء المناطق لضمان الاستخدام الأمثل لمستوى المخزون.
- المشاركة في وضع خطة الشراء.
- ضمان التزام جميع أعضاء الفريق بالإجراءات المتبعة للطلب/النقل وغيرها.
- تطوير التقويم السنوي بالتعاون مع مدير التسويق والإشراف على تنفيذ الأنشطة التسويقية.
- مساعدة مدير القسم في تحديد الخطة الاستراتيجية السنوية للشبكة وإعداد الميزانيات السنوية.
- المشاركة مع مدير القسم في الاجتماعات الاستراتيجية مع الموردين والفرق الإقليمية للتفاوض على الشروط التجارية.
- متابعة المبيعات اليومية مقابل الهدف الشهري/السنوي واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة عند الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين والخدمات اللوجستية والتجارية بخصوص الافتتاح والإغلاق و/أو التجديد.
- الحفاظ على علاقات سلسة مع الموردين وشركاء الأعمال لتنفيذ الشراكات.
- حضور اجتماعات المدراء لمراجعة أداء المتاجر وتقديم تقارير دورية لمدير القسم.
- ضمان تقديم أفضل مستوى من خدمة العملاء.
- إدارة وتحفيز وتوجيه الفريق التابع له/لها.
- تحديد الأهداف والميزانيات لأعضاء الفريق وضمان تحقيقها.
- المسؤولية عن تدريب وتطوير أعضاء الفريق.
- القدرة على تحديد وتلبية احتياجات العملاء بما يتجاوز توقعاتهم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التجزئة، ويفضل أن تتضمن سنتين على الأقل في منصب إداري ضمن بيئة منتجات فاخرة مثل المجوهرات الفاخرة.
- حس المبادرة والإبداع التجاري مع حساسية للموضة.
- معرفة قوية بصناعة الفخامة (luxury industry).
- إظهار المبادرة الذاتية.
- القدرة على العمل بساعات وأيام متغيرة، بما في ذلك الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.

- To overview operations of the FJ department in the boutique
- Follow up with the area managers to ensure optimization of the stock level usage
- Participate in setting up the purchase plan
- Ensure all team members are following the established procedures of ordering/ transfer…etc
- Assist the Division Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan for the network and preparing the yearly budgets

- Participate with the Division manager in strategic meetings with suppliers and regional teams to negotiate commercial conditions
- Follow up on daily sales vs monthly/yearly target and take action when necessary
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics and merchandizing in regards of opening, closing and/or renovation
- Maintain smooth relationship with the suppliers and business partners to implement partnership
- Attend Managers’ meetings to review the shops performance and provide regular feedback to Division manager
- Ensure the best level of customer service.
- Manage, engage, and guide the team reporting to him/her
- Set the objectives and budgets for own team members and ensure their accomplishment
- Responsible for coaching and training own team members
- The ability to identify and satisfy the needs of customers, in order to meet and exceed their expectations
- 5+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 2 years of management, in a luxury product setting like Fine Jewellery.
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry
- Demonstration of own initiative
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and management skills.
