تسعى WSP in the Middle East إلى تعيين مهندس مساحة (Survey Engineer) للعمل في مشاريع البنية التحتية والمرافق ضمن بيئة استشارية (PMC)، ومقر العمل في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أداء والإشراف على جميع أنشطة المسح لأعمال المرافق والبنية التحتية (الطرق، الصرف الصحي، المياه، المجاري، وغيرها).
  • إنشاء نقاط تحكم وعلامات مرجعية وضمان ضبط دقيق لأعمال التحديد الموقعي.
  • مراجعة مخططات الموقع المقدمة من المقاول والمخططات التنفيذية ومخططات «كما تم البناء» (as-built drawings).
  • التحقق من بيانات المسح وضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير ضبط الجودة (QA/QC).
  • التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين وفرق الموقع لحل المشكلات وتنسيق الأعمال.
  • إعداد ومراجعة تقارير المسح والحسابات والوثائق ذات الصلة.
  • مراقبة أنشطة المسح لدى المقاول والتأكد من الالتزام بالمنهجيات المعتمدة.
  • استخدام أجهزة المحطة الشاملة (Total Station) ونظام GPS (RTK) وأجهزة التسوية بفعالية في الموقع.
  • دعم قياس التقدم والتحقق من الكميات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في المساحة أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مشاريع المرافق والبنية التحتية.
  • خبرة إلزامية في العمل مع الشركات الاستشارية الهندسية أو شركات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) - يشترط خبرة من جهة الاستشاري.
  • معرفة قوية بمعايير المسح وإجراءات ضبط الجودة وممارسات الإشراف الموقعي.
  • إتقان استخدام برنامج AutoCAD والبرامج المتعلقة بالمساحة.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة في مشاريع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
  • مهارات قوية في التنسيق والتواصل.

Job Description

We are seeking a Survey Engineer with strong experience in utilities and infrastructure projects, specifically within a consultancy/PMC environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate surveying, setting out, and compliance with project specifications across all site activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and supervise all surveying activities for utilities and infrastructure works (roads, drainage, water, sewer, etc.).
  • Establish control points, benchmarks, and ensure precise setting out of works.
  • Review contractor survey submissions, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Verify survey data and ensure compliance with project specifications and QA/QC standards.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and site teams for coordination and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and review survey reports, calculations, and documentation.
  • Monitor contractor survey activities and ensure adherence to approved methodologies.
  • Utilize Total Station, GPS (RTK), and leveling equipment effectively on site.
  • Support progress measurement and quantity verification.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in utilities and infrastructure projects.
  • Mandatory experience working with engineering consultancy/PMC firms (consultant-side experience is required).
  • Strong knowledge of survey standards, QA/QC procedures, and site supervision practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey-related software.
  • Experience in KSA/GCC projects is preferred.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
