نبذة عن الوظيفة: مطلوب مدرب B2 (B2 Instructor) لدى شركة إيرباص هيليكوبترز العربية لصيانة الطائرات (Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. عقد ثابت المدة، ضمن عائلة أنظمة التثبيت (Systems Installation) على المستوى المهني.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحصول على شهادة دبلوم على الأقل في تخصص إلكترونيات الطيران أو برنامج تدريبي معترف به في مجال التخصص (سنتان على الأقل).
  • يفضل الحصول على رخصة EASA Part 66 أو FAA.
  • خبرة فنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات (عسكرية أو مدنية) في صيانة طائرات H145.
  • خبرة تدريبية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدرب تقني.
  • تصنيف نوع (Type Rating) على طائرة H145 من جهة معتمدة من الشركة المصنعة الأصلية (OEM).
  • خبرة في تطوير وتدريب منهج التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) في المجال المختص لكل من فنيي الصيانة المبتدئين وذوي الخبرة.
  • خبرة في تطوير وسائل تعليمية مثل المخططات والرسوم البيانية والنشرات والشرائح لتسهيل الدورات التدريبية الفنية.
  • خبرة في الإشراف المباشر على فنيي الصيانة الجدد أثناء التقييمات التدريبية.
  • يفضل خبرة 3 سنوات في الكتابة الفنية (Technical Writing).
  • يفضل أن يكون مؤهلاً كمستوى 7 (Level-7) في التخصصات ذات الصلة بالخدمات اللوجستية والصيانة والتدريب.
  • الحصول على شهادة تأهيل مدرب/دورة تدريبية من جهة معترف بها.
  • جميع متطلبات ومعلومات السيرة الذاتية يجب أن تكون مدعومة بنسخة من وثيقة رسمية.
  • اجتياز مقابلة PSS/GSAC بنجاح (حضور فعلي أو عبر الإنترنت).
  • اجتياز التصريح الأمني من الحكومة السعودية.
  • الإلمام بمخاطر الامتثال المحتملة والالتزام بالنزاهة كأساس لنجاح الشركة وسمعتها ونموها المستدام.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة استخدام حزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Microsoft Office Suite) لحفظ سجلات التدريب والالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات PSS/GSAC.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (استماع، تحدث، قراءة، كتابة) بمستوى لا يقل عن IELTS 6.0 أو ما يعادله للناطقين بغيرها، أو تقييم مستوى اللغة أثناء مقابلة PSS/GSAC.
  • معرفة عملية بأدوات أتمتة المكاتب مثل MS Office.

Job Description:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in avionics specialty or recognized aviation training program in respective field/specialty (Minimum 2 years).
  • Licensing: EASA Part 66/ FAA License is preferred.
  • Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years proven experience (Military or Civilian) in H145 Maintenance.
  • Instructional Experience: Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Technical Instructor.
  • Type Rating: Type rating in H145 by an approved organization from the OEM.
  • Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and instructing OJT (On-the-Job Training) curriculum in the respective field for both fresh maintenance technicians and advanced maintenance technicians with experience.
  • Training Aids: Experience in developing teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides to facilitate technical training courses.
  • Supervision & Records: * Experience in directly supervising new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.
    • Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite to maintain training records with adherence to PSS/GSAC policies and procedures.
  • Technical Writing: 3 years in a technical writing position is preferred.
  • Specialty Qualification: Preferred to be qualified as a Level-7 in related specialties of logistics, maintenance, and training.
  • Certification: Must have an instructor qualification/course certificate from a recognized organization.
  • Language Proficiency: * English language level (listening, speaking, reading & writing) at a minimum of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent for non-native speakers.
    • Otherwise, English proficiency will be evaluated during the PSS/GSAC interview.
  • Software Skills: Working knowledge of office automation tools such as MS Office.
Mandatory Requirements:

  • All requirements and information in the CV must be proven by a copy of an official document.
  • Successful completion of the PSS/GSAC interview (attended physically or online).
  • Passing security clearance from the KSA government.
